Nice hotel in Varanasi. Clean and great room! Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel

Staff service was very good. Construction on property was not good.

Excellent stay in Varanasi. Nice large property - oasis in the chaos of the streets of Varanasi. Property undergoing some construction updates. Main restaurant was moved to what might have been conference rooms - less than a nice eating venue. I'm sure it will all be wonderful after construction is complete.

The staff was outstanding , especially Muskaan, Vijay, Roshan, Ratan and Rohit at the Chowk restaurant breakfast service. Their hospitality was exceptional.

Loud flute and tabla music played in the small dining room every night. Initially entertaining, but annoying afterwards. Too many Namastes from everyone makes it look artificial - loses the natural interaction with staff. Small bar area, small dining rooms, limited food choices. Luxury with dents. Lack of communication and coordination between staff.

Rooms and checkin were great. What gives this less stars is that the service in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is terribly slow and they forgot your order! Also lots of mosquitos inside restaurant and outside surroundings.

The welcoming and check-in were excellent. The dinner and service were exceptional and everyone went out of their way to help

Excellent Hotel . Very caring staff. Room though could have added dresser table and two chairs instead of one would be better as I missed that. Breakfast buffet was very good lots of choices. Nikita there was very helpful. I almost thought we will get shares in the company .

Lived up to the taj reputation

Reasonably good. However, the A/C is not multimodal, so I had to request a room heater. The staff in the restaurant are very helpful and go out of the way to meet personal requests.

Food is average, serving staff is courteous, manager was kind of rude. Overall stayed 2 nights with a big group. Nothing lspecial.

Amazing property .. good service .. good tour to palace hotel .. but the service here is top notch. Prachi Nishant and sourav are big help and the manager Riki is amazing. They also made sure the stay was smooth and took care of all our needs . Kitchen staff is also very attentive during breakfast . Bar tender Puni is also good at cocktails and recommends good drinks .

Food can be better

Had a wonderful stay. Excellent food. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. Would love to come and stay again. Would definitely recommend staying at the Taj Ganges.

Absolutely amazing service. Buffett options were fantastic. Spa massage with Hussain is highly recommended. Salon services offered are just average and not really recommended. Fantastic location and perfect place to relax from hustle and bustle of Varanasi temple streets. Rooms are very nice and all amenities are amazing. Highly recommended

We booked 3 rooms with breakfast and lunch included. It was a pleasant stay.

Need more staff at reception, it’s always overcrowded at checkout time.
