I liked being close to the walking trail and other attractions in Hyde Park. I did not like that we were woken up at 3 am as somehow the radio alarm was set but not by us. Also, at around 330 am, there was a very loud noise, as if something had fallen on the roof above us. This noise happened earlier as well (around 10-ish) several times. I'm glad there were apples at breakfast. A few other healthier options would be nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very hot which I like. But I could not easily make it cooler. Staff was friendly.

Overall a comfortable stay. Only complaints are the ants in the bathroom and the tvs not working great. Other than that breakfast was good and the hotel room was comfy.

I have stayed here many times due to its close proximity to my daughter's college. This time however, my tv remote would npt work... the man tried 4 other remotes. Had to switch rooms and got a smaller bed as no more King size beds were available. And remote worked for everything but the volume in the second room. At this point, after it being over 30 minutes and my food that I brought in was getting cold, i just accepted it. The next day, I went out and was gone for a few hours. I went to get into my room, and my keys wouldn't work. So I had to go back to get them reactivated. Annoying as I was ready for bed. The man at the front desk was very nice at least.

Communication amongst not good at all instead of fixing the problem they argue with customers and haven’t issued me a refund for my night I didn’t stay as result of room being double booked!!!!

Basic motel but clean and well kept up. Beautiful area. Close to food and other stores and very close to the FDR center and other historic sites. Breakfast wasn't fancy but good and more than adequate. Easy to get to, right of the highway, but still quiet and safe.

Very reasonable rate but you get what you pay for so to speak.

Great customer service on the phone and at check in, room was older but clean and cozy. You can tell the staff cares about the guest experience. As a bonus, it's directly across the street from the FDR historic site, so I was able to get a ticket for the first tour of the day. I highly recommend staying here if you're on a budget but want to experience the area

The room was comfortable enough, it was clean. Hotel was a little older, but it's location was a bonus for us, right across from the FDR library.

It was a nice comfortable stay.

It was clean and neat. We stayed one night for the CIA new student acceptance orientation. Very close to college campus.

Clean, reasonable. Noisy at night since cars are too close to building. Could hear people outside at 2am. Room was on first floor.
