The room was small and the room I received was not the one I booked.

The heating control in the room could not be adjusted, causing the room to not be warm at night, especially since the weather was still very cold in Shinjuku in March 2026.

Generally, I'm quite happy with the time I stayed there. They don't clean your room every day, but they will help you change towels, make the bed, and throw out the rubbish, which I was so happy about because it is quite difficult to locate a public rubbish bin. Had to bring rubbish back quite often. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku Station. Waiting for the elevator in the morning ate a lot of time. Get around it by going up to come down, otherwise you can't get a spot. :)

Great location. It was close to the subway and train station within walking distance. It was also very close to the park. Therefore, we could have time to enjoy the park and exercise.

Reception is self-service mode. The officer there only helps you to check in by yourself.

The room has a fairly spacious layout and can accommodate opening two large suitcases at the same time. The staff are friendly, and there are several very helpful supporting facilities such as laundry services, a mini market, and an airport bus that stops directly in front of the hotel

The room is a bit small but clean, the staff is friendly and there is a coin laundry, Lawson and Family Mart too so it's not difficult to get around.

The only downside is the distance to the shinjuku station feel a bit far if you walk and pushing your luggage

The hotel staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful in resolving any misunderstandings travelers may have. The hotel is centrally located, about a 10-15 minute walk from Shinjuku Station. Amenities are complete (toothbrush, comb, hand and body lotion, sheet mask, facial wash, sleep mask, etc.), and the limousine bus passes by.

Very strategic location with complete facilities

The location is incredibly convenient. Instead of taking the train and lugging our luggage, we took a limousine bus from Narita, which stopped right in front of the hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located near Shinjuku Station.

Booked our room with breakfast included. Breakfast is buffet style with a good variety of Japanese and other food. Convenience shops and restaurants are available at the basement of the hotel. There is direct link to the metro station.

Getting there from the airport is quite convenient. Take the Skyliner to Nippori Station, then transfer to the JR Line and get off at Shinjuku Station. If you have luggage, we recommend taking the South Concourse exit, exit the station, turn right, and go straight for about 4 traffic lights, then turn right and you'll see the hotel. However, if you don't have heavy luggage, you can walk into the station, turn right towards the South Concourse, and go straight as the hotel reviewed on Facebook. This is another convenient option if it's raining. The hotel has self-service luggage storage and check-in via a locker. We paid an additional accommodation fee of 200 yen per person for 4 days. The hotel has several restaurants, a Family Mart, and a Lawson. There is also a tax-free shop in front of the hotel. The walls may not be soundproof, as you can sometimes hear the sounds of the next room and the train all night. However, the room was clean. Sleepwear and towels were changed every day. There were 2 bottles of water per day. The shower cream, shampoo, and conditioner were all very good. The staff were friendly and spoke good English.

800 meters from Shinjuku Station, the airport limousine stops in front of the hotel. Friendly hotel staff will assist with check-in.
