Clean property and very nice, helpful staff. Location is great, right on the beach. However, rooms feel outdated and in need of renovation and not quite what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is in a good location for beach and shop, but that's where the good bit ends. The hotel is dated and needs a massive investment to uplift. Choice of food in restaurants limited. No restaurants in walking distance. Booked a 2 week stay but 1 week would have been enough. Only 2 very small lifts so when hotel busy had to wait ages for empty lift. The room a double juniorvwas large with 2 balconies but again dated and needs a uplift. All in all was a OK stay but probably would not return.

Excellent location. Close to Kavalla center yet on a quiet waterfront location surrounded by beaches. Very clean and amazing staff. The breakfast is delicious and irresistible. Highly recommend Hotel Lucy.

The rooms need updating but they were clean. The carpet in the rooms was dated, as were the decor. Great cleaning staff. Breakfast had options too

Great view and very clean room. Not the closest to the city centre but very close with car, taxi or transport. The staff had a bit of attitude that I wasn't expecting. I was hoping for politeness but unfortunately this wasn't the case. At the start they helped with my luggage which was really great.

Looks old and run down. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like 3 star. I was disappointed.

This hotel is outstanding, it’s very clean, great food and breakfast, pool area is also brilliant. Lots of parking. In a very quiet area. A special mention to the reception staff who on more than one occasional went over and above there duties to help my wife and I, during my stay I was hospitalised for 4 days and the hotel extended our stay, made sure my wife was ok. They were so helpful all the time. Really can’t thank the staff enough for their support and care towards us. Nothing was to much trouble for them. I can’t wait to come back again

Breakfast was terrible. There is no enough selection. In the room, there is no amenity except towel. The property does not match with the price that you pay. Not recommended

Had a delightful three night stay at Lucy Hotel Kavala. The room was large with good air con, WiFi & a fridge. The outdoor pool is large & not heated with lots of sun loungers it opens at 10am. There is an indoor pool spa area which can be used for 1hr per day but you need it book. It’s open from 12pm. It’s lovely and relaxing. The private beach is just outside with sun loungers & towels which is great. There is a supermarket right next door which is handy & the hotel is close to town about 15 minutes on the bus. Breakfast is amazing, so many options from savoury & sweet hot and cold options, fruit, cake, salad, breads, an excellent selection. You can eat inside or outside by the pool which was lovely. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower, toilet & hairdryer.
