Habitación cerrada sin salida a exterior, claustrofóbica, cosa que no se menciona en la descripción de la habitación reservada en la web de Hotels.com, aunque solicitamos un cambio, no se nos facilitó. Luego el parking horroroso, mencionan que está a 200metros, lo dudo, para llegar hay que bajar una pendiente muy pronunciada sin acera, donde suben y bajan coches. Cuando justo en frente del hotel, en la otra acera hay un parking bien majo.

HEATING SISTEM WAS POOR. FRONT DESK MEN - NOT FRIENDLY

It was in the center of town and close to the things we wanted to do. My negative was that there is no A/C in the rooms and apparently they don't use wash cloths, we used a hand towel to bathe.

Staff are very friendly, location is good but is pretty noisy on the main road. Rooms need Some upgrades but mostly just better cleaning as the bath and shower curtain were mouldy.

It is a very well located hotel, nice staff and comfortable beds. It was close to a ski park in a very nice area. We enjoyed our stay there.

The inner rooms (Not facing the street) are very small and claustrophobic with very little free flowing fresh air from the window which, could be of concern to those more elderly guests that need that extra flow of air and, during my stay this was an issue to me as the weather was unusually hot and the rooms do not have air conditioning. Even though the rooms were kept very clean, the towels were badly torn.

Il est très très bien Le prix est tres satisfaisan. Le pretit dèjeuner est très bon est copieux

El wifi es malo en todo el hotel, confirmado por otros huéspedes, que se quejaban de lo mismo. Instalaciones viejas. Poco higiénico la cortina en la ducha, que se te pega al cuerpo cuando te duchas. En definitiva, es mas un hostal que un hotel. La atención al público también mal cualquier pregunta molesta, lo único que se salva es el servicio de limpieza.

Foi otima a estadia, quarto limpo, recepção muito boa. Infelizmente não deu para usufruir de toda as instalações já que estávamos de passagem.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca del telesilla. Tiene piscina y el desayuno -buffet está muy bien. La habitación estaba reformada, aunque no el baño, pero no me importó. La habitación era amplia y todo estaba muy limpio. Además, había té y café en la habitación. El personal de la recepción y del restaurante es muy atento..Muy contenta con la estancia.

Bien para estancias de fin de semana en La Massana. Cerca de todo y del acceso al tele cabina. Aparcamiento cerca.

Habia mucho ruido de los niños de equipos de hockey y mucho frio en la habitacion que no se puede graduar
