Everything is fine. Very good place to stay and relax with the family and enjoy the vacation.

Nice everything, but people needs to learn respect when going for breakfast, cutting in line, not waiting for their slice of bread at the toaster.

The room was clean and the mattress super comfortable. The windows on the property needs a good cleaning Good breakfast but a lack of space for the amount of people.

No elevator. The floors squeak in the room and the hallway. You can definitely hear people in the hallways. It is an older hotel. But, it was clean and the employees were nice. The breakfast was enough. Our view was the dumpsters. But, we were there for one night and left at 7am. So, we just needed a bed and shower.

Our stay was pretty good. Our room was clean and very well kept. The air conditioner was old and very noisy, but worked. Breakfast was very good.

Séjour d’une nuit, famille de 4. Hôtel situé proche de l’aéroport de Québec, mais très tranquille. Chambre propre et de bonne taille. Lits confortables, nous avons dormi comme des bébés! Déjeuner bien fourni, avec beaucoup de choix! Je recommande! Et le personnel était parfait!

La chambre était très grande (chambre 239). .le plancher était en bois franc. L'air climatisé, c'était une thermopompe...elle était déjà en train de fonctionner à notre arriver. Très propre. .personnel serviable. Le lit était vraiment confortable (King). Stationnement gratuit, toujours un plus. L'aspect extérieur est ok sans plus. A l'intérieur c'est parfait pour nos besoins. Le déjeuner (a faire sois même) est très complet et c'est assez impressionnant pour le prix de la chambre. Il y a des fruits, des bagels, du pain, des céréales, des yogourts, du mélange pour se faire des gaufres a l'aide d'une machine, des saucisses, des oeufs brouillés, des oeufs durs... 3 sortes de jus.. une machine à café accessible en tout temps avec genre 6 ou 7 sortent de café différents... Et encore plus. Dans le couloir il y a une machine distributrice. Le personnel est souriant. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre expérience et comptons la renouveler au besoin.

Chambre propre qui sentait très bon. La terrace pour le petit déjeuner est très agréable. Le staff est bien accommodant. Je recommande !

Les chambres sont bien, et le déjeuner était excellent, plus que bien d'autres établissements. Le personnel à l'accueil est souriant.

Personnels cordiable ont été capable de nous trouver une nouvelle chambre pour remplacer celle avec un bris. Nous avons pu recharger notre voiture électrique. Je suggère d'ajouter des bornes pour accomoder plus de clients.

Le système d’air climatisé est extrêmement bruyant. La porte patio de notre chambre donnant au stationnement est mal entretenue puisque le seuil est plein de roches et de sable donc très difficile d’ouvrir le moustiquaire et la porte. Par contre, le petit déjeuner continental offert avec la chambre est excellent. Une mention spéciale à la personne qui en assure l’entretien et l’approvisionnement de la nourriture car elle est exceptionnelle.

Géographiquement, cet emplacement est vraiment bien situé puisqu'il nous permet rapidement de sortir ou d'entrer de Québec. De plus tout est à proximité. Maintenant, le personnel de la réception ou de la cuisine sont accueillants. La propreté était_ le petit-déjeuner est complet, un petit-déjeuner chaud et froid. Impossible de manquer ce que vous désirez puisque tout y est le déjeuner chaud et effectivement chaud la place est tenue propre. Nous avons bien hâte que la section du devant dans la nouvelle construction qui est comme une verrière, soit entièrement meublée et disponible ce qui augmentera le nombre de places mais les gens n'étirent pas le temps pour déjeuner. Nous pouvons facilement avoir une place quand c'est le temps de prendre le déjeuner. Pour nous, ce n'était pas la première fois et bien entendu nous reviendrons lorsque nous serons à Québec à l'avenir. J'ai pu brancher mon véhicule à l'une des deux bornes électriques. J'ai pu retarder ma sortie de chambre de 2h en payant la modique somme de 10 dollars par heure, ce qui m'a rendu un grand service.

Complimentary coffee and juice, friendly bilingual staff. No elevator so be ready to carry luggage upstairs or request first floor early. Breakfast bar is wonderful and well maintained.

I was there with my son and we enjoyed the space, quietness and breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 p.m. on a cold, rainy, dreary afternoon and the last thing we received was a warm welcome! The first thing the lady said was "you're early!" She then proceeded to tell us that they needed to check if the room was ready. Since our vehicle was the only car in the parking lot, so we knew that they were not busy, yet were told we couldn't park next to the building where we had parked because those spots are reserved for the "patio" rooms. I do not recall seeing any signs that told us they were reserved so we left the car where we had parked it. While we were waiting for a room to be available, we noticed that the hotel did not have an elevator which would have required us carrying our heavy suitcases up the stairs. It's a good thing we were not disabled in any way and could take the stairs if necessary. We asked about the lack of an elevator and said we would like a first floor room so we did not have to drag our luggage up the stairs. She then proceeded to tell us that it would be an extra $10 for a first floor room which I had no choice but to pay. Later that evening we went to the desk and asked what we needed to do to get some heat in the room since the wall unit was only blowing cold air no matter what temperature we set it at. They said we need to turn the heat on from the thermostat on the wall. The thermostat in this particular room did not work which required someone coming and checking on it and after much back and forth, finally g
