It was a good value.

This hotel was very dirty. Our room was poorly vacuumed, and felt damp. The windows were completely filled with condensation, and the ceilings had water damage in multiple areas. The bathroom door didn't lock at all, and the main door had to be pulled extremely hard to latch. Multiple members of our group had to get new rooms due to varying issues. The pool area was nice, however, there were only 5-10 chairs in the entire pool area, so we had to bring our own lawn chairs inside to relax by the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was decent the pool and hot tub were nice however the hallways were dirty and the elevator sounds like it could breakdown from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. Also dirty elevator, very unsanitary.

I very much enjoyed my stay

Our room keys would work, so we were given a master key to mall rooms. So unsafe! Carpets in rooms and hallways were visibly dirty and stained. Our hallway outside our room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke due to being next to an exterior door being left open so smokers could come and go as they please. Also, very unsafe. This hotel should not have a good rating.

Hotel needs work. Outdoor entryways locks dint work and people put stones in the doors to prop them open. Pool door, same thing. Hot tub only had 2 jets working. Pool was very cold and had hardly any furniture to sit at, many broken. Breakfast on Sunday was good, scrambled eggs and sausage. Rest of the time was nasty potatoes and those round flat egg patties cut into pieces to try and make scrambled eggs. No water there either.

It was clean and reasonably price.

The check in person was very helpful and friendly even at 1:00 am when we arrived.

There was a foul odor in the room that seemed to come from the sink drain, the window was cloudy and the coffeepot unusable and unable to be replaced. The staff was polite and friendly and the luggage cart was easy to move.

Everything was great! Staff was friendly pool area was huge and clean and towels replenished often. Room was huge and clean!

We will never stay here again. Disgusting room, fireplace didn’t work and it was a major reason we stayed. Pool was not open when it stated it was, continental breakfast was not edible. Housekeeping never cleaned our room and we stayed multiple days. No new towels. Never again.

Carpet in the rooms needs to be updated - It’s old and dingy. It’s a nice size pool area, but needs more table and chairs to make it more accommodating and inviting for people to sit.

This is a yearly trip so if there is a room available we book it. Great service wonderful area. Our only complaint this year was the construction but that isn't the hotels fault
