The attention of the correct staff, but the service to rooms super late, in question of breakfast one of the people who attends the tables with very bad attention, was not helpful nor offered to fill us with the cup of coffee or the glass of juice, I asked for some eggs with ham and cheese came cold without cheese, on the side of the pool, it was semi warm, but when it became colder outside you felt the pool colder than normal, we asked that they could solve it and they never gave a solution, we felt. that with raising the temperature of the pool the problem is solved, I asked for access to the area of the computers and in the I did not allow it was until the other daymanaged to use it

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and it was nice and quiet. Room service was excellent, and I was able to book a same-day facial appointment. While the pool area could use some cosmetic updates, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay. The Jamaica margaritas were absolutely delicious.

Clean room. No fridge - just a space in a cupboard for a fridge ;-) made me smile. I reported that the room had no hot water (e.g. to shower) and the hotel fixed the problem within a few hours. I appreciate that. The food was good. Air conditioning only cooled the room - no heat. This was a little disappointing, but the pool was warm enough to enjoy for half an hour. Overall, fair value for money. Location was good.

Terrible experience. I left my car in the Hotel Valet Parking that they had only to figure out until the next morning that they had crashed my rental car. Needed to call the insurances, lost all my vacations day and without any notification until the next day. That is totally unacceptable. I submitted a formal letter/email to the hotel and until today I havent received any direct answer from the Hotel Managament - only from the bell boys. That is not acceptable for any hotel carrying the Hilton brand.

Staff friendly, good location. Hot water takes Mom to come on, and does not get very hot, only two towels were given to our room for four guest. Every day. We had to ask for additional towels. There were no towels in the swimming area, and no explanation of how to get them. The food in the hotel was extremely expensive, compared to local fair out around the hotel. I recommend that you do not eat or drink anything in the hotel due to this. If you stay near the elevators, you will hear a very loud rumbling all day and all night.
