Very nice place, well maintained, helpful staff

We stayed for 1 night that's last night I give 5 star because we really enjoyed our stayed. For us its a perfect location. The facilities is amazing swimming pool, steam room and sauna in more... we will back again soon...thank you

Good family room. Ac was working fine. No minibar fridge in room. Asked room service to clean the room after 2 night stay and went out but it was untouched when I came back. Breakfast was ok. Pool was good. But spa facilities busy most of the time. Reception staff were very helpful. Overall good stay.

Room ok could do with a upgrade. Bar staff need at least some training. Stood at bar for ten minutes waiting to be served blonde woman saw me standing there walked past me couple of times then another customer came in and she served him straight away i said excuse me I was next and she abruptly said that he only wanted a glass of water gentleman apologised but she still carried on serving him and chatted to him keeping me waiting. Myself and friends decided to vacate bar and went out to find another bar. Mainly as she obviously didn't want any customers to bother her. We Will not be booking another reservation at this hotel with attitude like this.

The whole experience from checking in with the very friendly staff to enjoying the bar late at night, lovely sleep at night, great breakfast in the morning and then swim in the pool was a joy for the whole family. Would definitely stay again.

Very quick and easy check in. Staff very friendly. Large and clean room Air con not working and room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Reported this as error code on unit and was provided with a pub in fan, unfortunately not helpful, therefore uncomfortable night

Clean room and breakfast was fantastic

Gym was way too busy, managed to get on a machine for 20 mins then gave up!

Poor check in …, staff good …but lack of reception desk ..felt like we sorted our selves out …. Breakfast staff good but restaurant felt hot stuffy … choice of “grey decor “ dim and depressing …: poor quality ingredients for breakfast …. Single coffee machine led to queues

Our usual place to stay when visiting family in the area. Good location and decent size car park. Pub/grill has a good crew working there, nice drink selection and food. Don’t do breakfast as weekend times don’t work for us.

Very efficient check in. Good choice at breakfast.we also had 3 meals in the pub/grill that were very good. The staff were all very friendly , particularly in the Pub Grill.
