Don’t be fooled by the shiny photo of the lobby. This place is poorly maintained and unsafe. The surroundings are littered with all kinds of trash, including countless of cigarette butts. Access doors are kept open even though they were supposed to be accessible only with room cards. The first room i checked in had a broken toilet and leaking fridge. I had to switch to another room. There are no restaurants around. If you are just staying for one night to catch an early flight, this hotel works. If traveling with family for multiple nights, stay away from this hotel.

There was cobwebs around the side of the bed went to shower and when turning the knob it was completely broken like it completely came off also had a very difficult time getting the sofa bed open and also my “complimentary” late check out was denied!

Not clean room. Curtains in bath and window had burns and tears. Bed sheets had makeup. Cover had stain. Ceiling had tape from a leftover balloon party. Found a hypodermic needle at the back entrance. Dog mess at another entrance with at least 50 cigarette butts. Group entry and group areas clean and tidy. Placed in a back side with the bar music thumping till 1AM.

Most $300 for this room and it’s clearly a property they are not spending money to upkeep. The drapes are full of holes, they have TAPE on the sliding door to hold it together. The bathroom floor is nasty (no way I’m showering and putting my bare feet on that floor). Gaps in the walls in the bathroom with black mold, etc.

This hotel looks to be derelict from the outside. Inside, it is a good, clean modern mid-tier hotel. Our stay was fine and it was affordable.

We check in Friday about 3 am and it wasn’t what the picture showed room was clean but outside the property needed some attending to police was there was there while we checking in garbage all over the place in rear broken bottles in parking lot residents left pizza in hallway next to our room we check out Friday at 9 6 hour stay and we didn’t come back to a room we had planned to be there till Sunday

This property couldn't have been any cleaner and the staff could not have been any more kind and professional. I needed a late checkout, that was easy. My room was so clean and the bed, was one you never want to get out of. Breakfast was yummy and healthy. The property was beautiful. Snacks on sale incase you get hungry in the middle of the night. Easy check in. Clean nice pool. First time staying and I was impressed and thats not easy for me. Way to go Ramada! Thank you for a 5 star stay!

Just disgusting

All in all not bad. Wish there was an elevator and I'd known there wasn't. The pool was pretty cold. Otherwise great price and room was plenty good.

One of the worst maintained, decrepit properties I’ve ever stayed at. Pretty much everything about the property is awful. The final straw was trying to call down to the front desk to report an issue and the phone didn’t work (I actually think they know that and the phones are just there for show). So I figured I’d just call the phone number (via my mobile) listed on the phone to reach the front desk. Wrong number. The phones must have been acquired from another old property that is now out of service and they never replaced the sticker on the room phone. Truly epically poor property, staff, accommodations…

offers airport shuttle on website. i stay one night. at 8am the next morning i ask front desk how often the airport shuttle is available. they say “you need to let us know one day in advance.” if that’s the case, which i think is stupid anyways, then they should have asked me on CHECK-IN if i planned on using the airport shuttle. i would’ve said yes. this cost me $20 for uber. also the shower head is very low, i’m 5’11 and had to duck down a full foot to wash my face.

Due to an unexpected emergency I had to leave immediately after I checked in. Everyone at the property was great about it but I could not cancel the reservation.

When arriving in the room we noticed the sticky floors immediately. When putting our belongings on the counters, those were also sticky and clearly had not been cleaned. The handle to the bathroom door was half way hanging out of the door and stuck at times. The shower also had not been cleaned as there was a pair of women's thong underwear hanging from inside the dirty, yellow shower curtain. 2 of the 3 towels provided were also dirty with stains. We made the front desk aware our linens were dirty and they brought up one single sheet. Not a fitted sheet to change or a replacement blanket. I am extremely disappointed after paying $160 a night to stay in filth.

The property looks like a dump. I realize now why they selected the pics for the description. Cheap and for a reason. I would never stay again.
