3rd year we come and stay in same apartment as it's quieter and has a big terrace with stunning views overlooking Tossa and the sea. We'll come back next year for our spring holidays again!

Absolute rubbish, booked an apt with a sea view, got a pool view, no one interested in helping, not recommended and why does Hotels, such a huge company work with such crap places, nothing was like on the pictures, no double bed, small single beds. Awful, don't stay here

Tossa de Mar was an excellent choice for some relaxation and calm between the big cities on our travels. The historical sites were interesting and the natural surroundings beautiful. Villa Roma was very central, but not in the typical high tourist area . The view from our room was amazing, the accommodation clean , comfortable and the staff very helpful. Fortunately they were able to give us an early check in to rest after our all night flight and morning bus ride from the airport. I would nightly recommend this place.

Bed very uncomfortable and noisy neighbors but location, view, amenities and apartment were great otherwise

Nice hotel in a great town. Excellent view and convenient location (if you don’t mind a 4 minute walk uphill).

Reception staff very helpful location a 5 minute walk to the center but villa rooms have a steep walk to get to but if your lucky or pay for an upgrade the views are amazing we had a lovely stay and will certainly book again legs willing

The property is very pretty and spread out over three buildings. Be aware of the check-in times. We didn't notice and ended up spending some time waiting to get our room. The "double" bed room, is exactly that. Double the beds. Two single beds instead of one double size. But we made it work. It's maybe a 10 minute walk to the old part of of town. And you could hit the bus station with a stone. Very convenient access.

S/c appt was very clean but there was not enough equipment if you had wanted to cook there. Great proximity to old town/castle/beach.

Great location up on hill as we had amazing views of old town and surrounding area with nice size balcony. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a litle dated and can use some TLC. The walk up the hill to the hotel helped burn a few calories.

All good, no major complaints, we really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it. The only unfortunate thing was that the WiFi didnt reach to where our room was which was a bit of a hassle since I was supposed to be working part time from the room. But the room itself and the hotel was very nice.

We had a crappy room. Lots of other rooms looked better. Not very clean and small gross bathroom

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and loved Tossa very much but the hotel was a big disappointment for us. We chose this hotel, which is far from the beach because of its view. Well, the hotel does have rooms with very nice view but the chose to set us in a "basement room" without as much as a window at all and without any reason at all. If we knew this is the room we'd get, we'd definitely choose another place so beware. Also the Wi-Fi is free only around the office (not as promissed). If you want internet in your room you'd have to pay 5 euros a day

Beautiful view with balcony. Roomy and convenient accommodations…corner apartment on 2nd floor of main building…highly recommend! Parking facility is not ideal, and there is a hilly walk down to village and back up which should be considered if that would be a problem. Otherwise, it is worth it for the view and peaceful atmosphere. The office and maintenance people were friendly and helpful. We would definitely return here. We certainly would stay again...

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Some of their conditions are not typical by American standards, but these didn't detract from our enjoyment of the stay. We had a perfect view of the old town and the beach from our balcony which really added to the enjoyment of our 5 day stay. Access to the hotel is up a steep hill via a narrow, twisty road and it's a bit difficult to find initially. After struggling the first time, we had no problems afterwards. Very close to the newer part of town and the bus station, but still easily accessible to the beach and old town either by foot, or by car. We'd definitely consider this hotel again if we return to Tossa, and will include the chain when looking for hotels in other locations.

We had a lovely apartment with a fab view over the town. It was all great, apart from two things ... No kettle! Why is there no kettle to make a drink with? There is every cooking utensil imaginable, but how come no kettle!! Also, there is no daily towel change.

Have to clean kitchen yourself.reception only open limited hours.

We've stayed for 2 nights, very convenient location, close to city center. Also Torre dels Morros is just 2 minutes up (there is a trail).
