We've been to Chaweng Beach several times and LOVE it. Trying out Banana Fan Sea Resort was a new one for us. Staff was great and our room was comfortable, even though it was a bit of a walk from the beach. I guess a plus to this was that we were right next to the office and easy access to businesses on the street. We'd definitely consider returning to Banana Fan Sea Resort

Beautiful

Great location and hotel. The only downside was the air conditioning wasn’t very strong - it would seem to almost turn off at a certain point. The pool was also quite small and even though it says no diving, there were many children diving and jumping which was a bit irritating. We got a complimentary dinner on our last night which was lovely and the staff were always very friendly.

We had a 12 night stay at Banana Fan Sea Resort. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Tom who had the friendliest smile, he was always seen around the grounds working and always smiling and waving to the guests. Pat who was in dining made our breakfast special every morning as he made our regular coffee. Always friendly and hospitable. Great variety at breakfast. Meals throughout the day were also amazing. Great location the beach was clean and the water was absolutely amazing. We look forward to our next stay here. Not far from the shopping centre and many different restaurants to be found.

Nice beachfront resort, great staff, good location where you can walk to everything within 5 to 15 minutes. A bit dated, but in good condition. Gym is very small. Good buffet breakfast.

Amazing property. We loved the infinity pool over looking the ocean. Best beach I have ever seen!!!!

The hotel has recently been updated, the facilities and location were excellent and most importantly the staff were lovely.

Beautiful resort, friendly helpful staff

Lovely hotel. Very lovely staff who are so polite and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast was varied and always of a good quality. Lovely pool and free beds and parasols on the beach that it fronts on to.

Absolutely perfect! The staff are beautiful and so friendly and polite, the resort was one of the best along the beach they have maintained and kept the property looking beautiful, location is definitely in the best part of the beach as well the pool was great and so good to have two option beach or pool as the pool looks at the beach and is on the beach! Food was lovely the only negative is they need music at the pool bar especially for happy hour

We stayed there for 3 nights & never had room cleaned. Poor quality breakfast.

My stay was perfect to recoup after a long flight and the room was so clean and spacious plus the bed was really comfortable. The amenities to include the infinity pool at the edge of the sea was the icing on the cake. Will definitely go back!

We liked the beautiful beach and the gardens of the property. Food and drinks wasn’t above average, they have a problem with ants in the restaurant area. If you go for a second coffee or a second breakfast plate, ants will be all over your remaining plates and silverware.

Exceeded all of our expectations. We wanted a relaxing holiday after a year of stress. The place was like paradise and the people at the resort gave us such excellent service and warm welcome. It was so good, we barely went out to explore Koh Samui island.

The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The grounds were kept very tidy. The breakfast was quite basic compared to other hotels and the rooms were small with not a lot of options to put clothes away. The beauty of the place though almost put the negatives out of your mind. Staff excellent. We would stay again.
