The hotel is located near the market and subway station. The rooms are smallish but very well appointed. Breakfast was good and the overall feel of the hotel was pleasant! The staff was very helpful - its a very good place to stay!

We stayed for a week in this lovely hotel. The staff members are very polite and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast options and flavors. Additionally, the spaces are very clean and nice decorated.

Lovely little hotel in really convenient location to all the sites. From the moment you walk in staff are really professional and friendly. The hotel has been fully refurbished and is immaculately clean throughout. Rooms are small but have really comfy beds and all the amenities you need. Breakfast is plentiful with very attentive staff. I would not hestitate to recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night with my sister. Very charming place, staff were excellent and very helpful, breakfast was great and overall was s great stay. Very true to its name. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful city. Lovely pleasent walks in the cool January air. I never felt so safe in a city before. Will definitely visit again. The Charm hotel was excellent for us for the 3 nights. Very comfortable and warm. Nicely situated in the city. Roughly 500m from the 100E bus to and from the airport

Situated for good access to the centre and everything Budapest had to offer. Everything about the hotel was great, staff, cleanliness, facilities in room, decor, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast, plenty of choice with hot and cold foods and drinks to suit everyone’s taste.

Great location. Staff was friendly. Location is perfectly centered near the marketplace and downtown. Excellent shuttle surface available for a fee that would be better than Uber if you have a family of 3 or more. Breakfast was awesome there. Another really good part of the hotel is the shower. The water pressure should be illegal. Ha ha. Very strong shower flow.
