Convenient

Nice, modern, clean hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The location is quite busy and was a bit noisy at night, but it is close to lots of nice bars, restaurants, and is only a few minutes walk from metro stations.

Great locatio , excellent staff and decent sized, comfortable rooms. This was our 2nd stay here and will be our go-to when visiting Madrid

Horrible, just horrible. It was extremely dirty and old. The breakfast was horrific. No amenities whatsoever. The only thing about this hotel that is decent is the location. Do not stay here at all costs!!

Great location, clean, spacious and comfortable room

Great location, we love plaza Santa Ana and it’s walkability. Only bad thing is that since you’re in front of the plaza it gets noisy at night, so if you’re a light sleeper get a higher floor. The hotel was great.

The locatipn is amazing. The ropm is comfortable. Our stay was marvelous. We will come back for sure. The front desk people ate polite, efficient and extremely kind. A perfect hotel close ro at least 3 metro lines (within 0.6 km).

They have a fantastic team working here, and the rooms are well laid out and comfortable. My only complaint is there is no easy way to open a window wide enough, which was a bit of an issue without air conditioning.

The rooms were so clean and very comfortable. The lady that cleaned our room I believe her name was Alejandra (she had blond hair) was so kind and left our room so well cleaned that it made me feel just like I was home. The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful! I will be staying here in two months when I go back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was too cold to use the pool on our patio but the space was still nice! Lots of seating throughout the entire unit (including the balcony)! The only issue that we encountered was a strange smell. I noticed it the first night when we went to bed (it was coming from the comforter). I finally decided that it was a dirty dog smell. I have dogs myself so was not too grossed out by it but it did tell me that they need to sanitize the laundry a little better… Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was perfect! We definitely would stay again!
