Good hotel, good location. Unfortunately the gym was closed for renovations when I was there, but I had chosen the hotel on Expedia because it said it had a gym.

Staff was a little snobby, judged me by my looks but great accommodations

Amazing location. Perfect for exploring Riga on foot. Staff were really nice; and the bar and restaurant staff especially were very friendly and warm. The room was a good size and well laid out. Areas for improvement - the spa and pool were closed. We were only told via email a few days before arrival; but it wasn’t mentioned on arrival we weren’t given any other options or discounts as an apology. The tv in the bedroom only worked intermittently. Our room has no view whatsoever, it would be good to be aware of this when booking as I would have paid extra for a room with a view.

Needs a wee bit of TLC, starting to show wear and tear in places

Although the hotel was ok the sound insulation was very poor and all you could hear was door slamming, people stomping around, shower and toilets going. This was not a single room next to us but all the rooms surrounding both side, above and below. There was an event on in the restaurant and it felt like the disco was in our room. It was a pity as the location is very good and easy to explore the city

Lovely property with good gym, pool and sauna area. Rooms are a good size. Quiet rooms close to the old town and Christmas markets. Supermarket close by was good to pick up snacks.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pullman Old Riga! From the moment I started planning my stay, the level of care and assistance I received was exceptional. On the edge of Old Town Riga, this Pullman offers easy access to restaurants, craft beer bars, sightseeing and shopping (including a grand seasonal Christmas Market.) The room we had was large and comfortable and the breakfast on offer offered a large and varied selection of options. Staff was professional and helpful.

I absolutely loved my stay in Riga, and this hotel made the experience even better! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the heart of downtown, making it so easy to explore the beautiful city. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One highlight was the sauna—such a great way to unwind after a day of walking around. I also treated myself to a massage, which was fantastic and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The Staff was great and very helpful!

Thought it was a great hotel. Good location for getting around. Everywhere was walkable. Went for the Christmas market and we were only about 3 mins walk away. Would recommend it.

The Pullman Riga old town is a wonderful hotel, perfect location, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. Only two notes for improvement, the pool is a bit on the cold side and it would be nice to have a cocktail menu in the lounge bar. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Location of hotel was good, staff were helpful. Breakfast was very expensive so we ate at the cafe at the end of the road but other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

Loved this hotel. Ordinarily I’d stay at a Marriott hotel but with limited time I wanted to maximize the old town. Loved the room. Well appointed. Nice simple clean design. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were great. The dinner at Harper Woolf was next level. Really glad I dined there. Would absolutely stay here again.

Front desk customer service needs work. Very unfriendly looking at approaching and asking questions they look at each other before answering. One said to be WHAT after I asked a question. No auto check out like other chain hotels had to que for 10 mins to check out. Isn’t good enough for a business hotel
