The El is such a unique and beautiful hotel. So much history and charm. The staff were amazing as always. Can’t wait to go back!!

air conditioner was not effective in room.

Although my bride and I did not get a chance to use the hotel amenities due to our short stay, the staff were very welcoming and friendly both at the check-in as well as the restaurant. The room was clean and well mantained. The Sunday brunch was incredible , lots of variety , although we were disappointed that for the price at least one Mimosa should be included per guest. Beautiful charming hotel with a nautical theme of Kelowna’s past . Definitely the place to stay if you are ever visiting Kelowna .

We live in Kelowna so we stayed there on a staycation. Always love the experience there. Rooms are amazing the dining experience is five star

Staff were nice, making their Ammenities were not offered during their busy season, a little disappointing.

An incredible location right on the lake. The restaurant on site was fantastic and the staff were great as well. Get a lake view room to enjoy the sunsets, or head to the roof or the restaurant for sunset as well.

Everything seemed to be a hassle at this hotel. We really didn't feel welcomed. Upon arrival no one helped us with our luggage. The main reception area was hard to find and has extremely poor lighting. The staff were friendly but very inexperienced. It was difficult carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs to our room. We did have the option to use and elevator but it was roughly 100 yards out of the way. I would of hoped a staff member would of helped us with our luggage. The boardwalk is closed. If would of been nice to know that before booking because it made it harder to move around the resort. The room was very clean but needs updating for sure.Our veiw was a building across from us. There was a very busy walk way just below us. We did have a peakaboo view of the lake if you wanted to lean over the railing and stretch your neck out. The wifi didn't work. We were not prepared for the $30.00 per day ""resort fee" when we checked out. The receptionist stated that the resort fee is found in the " small print" when we booked our stay. All in all, the resort's location is fantastic . We were looking forward to this weekend getaway but it was a little disappointing.

Great location on the lake, with stunning views. Pet friendly and convenient to everything.

I was told I was getting an upgrade and ended up in a tiny room. I was travelling with others that had booked the same room that I had originally booked and their room was by far nice than my "upgrade". I don't think I will be staying here again.

Location and quiet easy access

The room was directly over the restaurant so unfortunately it was loud with music going until 11 pm. There was no TV remote in the room so I called the front desk to request one be sent up so I could try and drown out the loud music but after a half an hour no one came. I called down again and they said they had no idea about the request and would try and find one to bring up which never happened. Very disappointing experience overall. The lack of action addressing the missing remote and leaving me with no TV option is unacceptable for this or any calibre of hotel. To top it off the alarm in the room was obviously left on by previous guest which went off at 6 am! This should have been checked by cleaning staff (along with identifying a missing remote) prior to a guests arrival.

Our stay at the hotel Eldorado resort was outstanding. The service, the view and balcony were awesome. The room was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location, quaint with heritage reflected in decor. Food was delicious and service was great. Only disappointing factor was the overcast weather.
