First of all, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Food was also very nice and fairly priced. Parking was good and handy for travelling to Donington Park. We did have to move rooms because it sounded like someone was stomping and crashing about in the room above, with squeaky floorboards. However the second room was the other side of the premises and in earshot of a very noisy kennels nearby; dogs barking and howling literally all night. Closing the window, despite the heat, made absolutely no difference - I sleep with ear plugs and could still hear them. No air con and the fan just moved hot air. The shower temperature was temperamental

Great hotel. Modern. Clean and very efficient. I just wonder why every time we book a room through Expedia. We end up at the back of the hotel in the last rooms with a mile walk and dated rooms

As a solo traveller for work I have stayed at this hotel a few times as there and many travelling for work and the environment is safe and friendly. The staff are always welcoming and explain about the hotel and restaurant times etc… Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. No air conditioning which is a shame as in this warmer weather the rooms are just too hot with a fan which has prompted me to stay elsewhere while the temperatures are high. The food is ok - fairly basic options which do the job for a quick bite. Would still return as a solo traveller as the overall feel and staff make this a nice choice for an overnight stay.

Plenty of parking, air conditioned reception, bar and restaurant, room fine (shower powerful), menu good, food great, prices fair. I stay in different hotels every week, but I’d give this one a return visit.

A great budget hotel, staff are amazing and the rooms comfortable, decor is not great but the food is decent, it is in the middle of nowhere but good value for money The staff make this place really helpful, I've stayed here quite a few times and its definitely better than my last stay a year ago

Good car park. Breakfast was ok. Nice beer. Room was perfectly fine. Great value.

Great value stay. The reception area was well presented. Staff were very friendly. We ate in the restaurant and had the pizza and burgers. Both were good the burgers were very thick. The rooms were starting to look a little dated but were absolutely fine. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. They were set up to offer buffet but I think lack of numbers in the hotel that night meant we had table service. It did the job though. Overall very happy with what we got for the price spent.
