They could have been decent humans but they decided not to be.

It was a nice stay, don’t have much complaints. Close to beach and many restaurants! Staff was friendly and felt safe with security always being there!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we arrived well before our check in time. They secured our luggage and let us use a common area to change and spend some time outside the hotel until the rooms were ready. The breakfast was better than expected, the rooms are small and beds a little hard. The elevators are also extremely slow and small for the size of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again based on location and price.

Check in is exactly at 2 PM.. pool had a spectacular view.. decent property for the price

Everything was great! Friendly staff always there to help. Great Room with amazing view. Very convenient shop with self check out set up in reception 24/7. Will definitly return. Thank you for the last 2 weeks. 🙂

Nice and clean hotel. Staff very pleasant and breakfast good. No coffee anywhere except for breakfast is the only negative. Pool area good but very small and the "Restaurant " at the top does not really serve much. I will stay here again.

The stay was a good price. Good for late night check in. Close to posto 6 in Copacabana. Grocery stores and good cafes all around. Safe area. Very nice front staff. Roof top is beautiful with a great view! I only put 4 stars because the dust that was on the decor in my room was a lot. If you’re looking for a cheap stay close to everything this is it.
