Loved It! No complaints. Wish my room was a smidge cooler

Amazing! Os friendly and personable, we had a great room and the pool was fantastic with a great dj really chilled and the best views.

Everything about this property is AMAZING!

This property was absolutely beautiful. The staff was so helpful and amazing. It’s a real gem.

Incredible View & Location. Staff are very friendly Food was okay but not 5 star & expensive. Breakfast was poor for 5 star. The room had no coffee or Tea, No iron & the Air Con is old & non existent

Service staff could’ve been much better. Check in person wrote my credit card number down on a piece of paper. Huge fraud risk. Additionally, the staff treated me as if I’m new to travel, which I am not. Perhaps they’re new to seeing guests that look like me.

The Hotel property is really nice and the views are amazing. The staff is very kind and attentive. The rooms are due for a remodel/upgrade.

Beautiful view.

The view from the hotel was delightful. The staff were great friendly and accomodating. Food was lovely. The free shuttle service made it easy to get into the centre of town especially as we never had a car and it would of been more difficult to get around. The hotel is a bit dated but very well kept. The pool is great with fantastic view over the town and beach area.

The hotel is located in an amazing spot. The staff is wonderful and extremely attentive. The food is very good. However, the property could use a facelift. The accommodation is 4 star, definitely not a true 5 star resort.

In my opinion this hotel needs to be as a 3 star + but for sure its not a 5 star hotel It has lots off old stuff to be issued

Looks nothing like the photos. A 2* at best

A very disappointing experience. The room was minuscule, the closets were TINY (and NOT what you would expect in a supposedly 5-star hotel), one of the light fittings was hanging off the wall, the shower door seal did not work (thus flooding the bathroom every time you took a shower), the breakfast was very ho-hum… I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel, even if the staff (front desk, porters, dining room, etc.) were all very pleasant and professional.

Overall the hotel needs some TLC. Great location and views but looking a bit dated. Hotel hosts many weddings which cause a damper on your vacation. Bar staff was phenomenal as was some of the front desk as well. Been here 4 times but I don’t think I will be back.

We ended up getting a weird room. Not great or comfortable. Didn’t have a real shower just a hand held sprayer. Nothing like the pictures. The only thing that made up for it was the view.

My family and I stood at Hotel Raito for 5 nights. Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful (Brigitta and others truly helped with tour booking). Dining area is beautiful and the food was good too. My only issue would be the limited Food option at the pool bar (really can only get a ham and cheese sandwich or fruit). Overall the stay was very good.
