Very nice

No drink water, no iron , no kettle in the room, check in at 17:00 check out at 10:00 , even not enough for breakfast and prepare all bags, horrible hotel

Property and view is gorgeous with lots to do on the property for a family with young children and around the property. It was easy access to numerous towns along the coast and close to the train station.

Poorly maintained and tired in large parts. Super location, but just not good enough in every other regard. Needs investment. Manager refunded us without quibble. He'd heard it all before. Sad really.

Pool by far the best feature

Great location and views are the main attraction of this hotel. There is direct access to the promenade path that runs all round Cap Ferrat and which is ideal for early morning or evening walks and runs. The large six-bed family rooms are good value for families, with a pair of bunk beds in a separate room; although the accommodation blocks aren’t especially attractive and we had lots of ants in our ground floor room. The half board option worked well for us with a buffet that our kids likes. Food quality ok but range limited. The pool is very nice and the area for sunbeds and drinks offers great views.

We stayed here with our two kids, and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The pool is nice and the location cannot be beat. I highly recommend staying here.

Great pool and view, breakfast a little basic but was enough. Really clean and good lunch options. The entertainment and pool staff are lovely and friendly!

We had a great time at this hotel - the kids loved the pool. Communal areas kept clean but quite basic. The buildings themselves are tired and outdated but our room had been recently refurbed so no complaints there. The breakfast was underwhelming and in a room with no air conditioning. The gym and spa were virtually nonexistent. The location was second to none and perfect for walking to nearby beaches, harbours, restaurants and the train station. Stunning views in all directions. Overall a great budget option for one of the most beautiful places we’ve been as a family.

The Delcloy staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The team of animators has been exceptionally nice and inclusive to us and our daughter (despite us not speaking French) and provided great entertainment and shows.

Beautiful place

The hotel facility and location were great. Breakfast and entertainment activities were a plus. Walking access to parking can receive cleaning attention.

There was very limited staff. Also no easy way for us to get our bags to the room. No refrigerator in the room although they did provide an electric cooler upon request. It seems there was an extra charge for items such as the pool towels. The pool was gorgeous. The area turned out to be good for neighborhood walks and restaurants. Also public transportation.

Great hotel with great access to near by cities like Monaco, Nice and Cannes

Only have 2 complaints. 1. When I booked the hotel, I was looking at specific dates initially at the same time I had looked for other dates on a diff location. When I finally decided to book, the app automatically set the date on my last date inquiry on the diff hotel location. My mistake? The apps? Sure it was likely mine for not paying attention. As soon as I paid, i realized it was the wrong date. I contacted expedia right away, not even 20mins. No refunds. Fml! I still booked on the dates I wanted since their hotel fit my budget. Just frustrated that even after 20mins of booking, they wouldnt give any type of credit. 2. My room had a shared room door access. When i checked in, i realized my side of the door was unlocked. Called front desk to lock it, they said they will send someone over. My entire stay it was never locked. I was too exhausted to follow up. Ps if youre a spoiled american like me who wants to sleep with ac on, dont book here in may. They told me their ac wont be on til summer. Had to crack open my window at night (ground floor room) and an unlocked door to the other room… oh well… i lived to tell the story. The area did feel safe and the hotel is fenced.

Grounds and pool were lovely. Unhappy with our assigned room but they did not hesitate to offer another which we loved. Short walk along the water into town and to the docks with numerous restaurants. Enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. Very relaxing.

The property was nice. There was no refrigerator or sir conditioner in the toom
