Excellent helpful staff,especially Katarzyna at the reception. Room view fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi, clean and perfect size. Breakfast was plentiful, and lots of choice,my only gripe was that the coffee ,especially the cappuccino was not aromatic,and hardly any crema on the top.

Great breakfast! Big range and good lunch/dinner menu. They gave us honey vodka shots at the end which was nice! Rooms are very nice, amazing view, pillows could be a little better is only thing. Great, friendly service, make sure you check the pool area. Amazing view in day and evening! Good location.

Accessible to everything, has a gym- my favourite part of krakow too- triple win for me!

We had a fantastic time in Krakow! The hotel messaged me with a slight issue with my booking, however when they reached out they provided a solution to the “issue”. The riverview was spectacular, the restaurant and lobby bar were both great and all the staff were lovely. Parking was a little tight with a bigger SUV, but we managed to make it work. Both my husband and I agreed we would highly recommend the Qubus Krakow to any of our friends or family who may travel there!

Great location in Krakow on the river. Restaurants and bars around the hotel and a short 15 minute walk into the main square.

This is a modern, very well managed hotel, boasting a pool, sauna and gym which is for use by guests. Breakfast boasts a large dining suite and a great range of options including a waffle maker. The centre of Krakow is just a 5-10 minute walk away.

It was a fantastic hotel, loved having the free cold filtered water available to us at any time.

The room was basic, but clean. We had a view of the river and were close to everything we needed. Was pleased with the food and especially the lunch box.

Excellent stay with great service and great location

Beautiful place, with a wonderful and helpful staff. Especially Jurand who was working at the front desk helped us a lot . He was always patient, kind, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. In addition, we loved the pool and a hot tub with a great view of Kraków. Breakfast was delicious with many great food choices.

Great hotel for exploring as a tourist, location is a little walk from the main square but is located at another area to be explored so overall it all depends on your own preferences.

Had a great stay here, within walking distance of the old town. Beautiful location with a lovely view over the river. Breakfast is nice, alot of options to choose from. Room small but clean, if you ask for an extra pillow they will bring you some up. Pool sauna and steam area, really clean well maintained and we had a lovely relaxing time up there. Was offered a robe and slippers too. Would definitely go back.

We had a great time at the Qubus. Location was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool etc was great great but there were a few odds and ends which could've been done better. We were told that the rooms and pool had robes, slippers etc but there were none in the rooms or pool. Having a shower after the pool therefore involved doing that in the communal areas, but the changing room was all open so people in the sauna area could see in and the shower doors were glass so there was no privacy. The beds only had one naff pillow and no more in the rooms so you had to go to reception to ask for more. The room was made up as a double bed but we'd booked a twin so they were great changing it round to be a twin but then the way the beds were arranged meant there was a big light switch behind my head which kept going off in the night and lighting the room up as i knocked it whilst sleeping. We had to rearrange the room again to make the twin set-up viable which was a pain. So they coukd definitely do with a few improvements but for the money it was great.
