Really great place.. very pleasantly surprised for the cost!

Fantastic Hotel in a great location. Loved the pool and spa area. All of the staff were welcoming and professional. Check in was quick, and easy. Breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice. Easy for the train station just 5 mins walk and the Tram stop. Just the pillows which were poor quality, everything else fabulous.

Hotel Qubus was just wonderful - from start to finish. Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast and I even learned a bit of Polish courtesy of the Polish commercials on our TV in our hotel room. Highly recommend.

The hotel is modern, clean, and very conveniently located. It has very nice amenities and an impressive breakfast bar. I'd recommend any friends and family to stay here.

Amazing breakfast and great swimming pool with a view

The hotel is beautiful and the views from the suite booked were amazing! The breakfast buffet was very good, with over 100 items as advertised. Our suite was amazing with a beautiful view of the river and the old city. However, the AC was not working and with the current heatwave this was a problem! I went down to the desk and they said they were going to send maintenance, but were unable to do anything to fix it. I asked about another suite but all others were occupied. My wife did not want to give up the view so we stayed there, but were hot during the night. Next morning I talked to the manager, who wished we had been offered one of the fans they had available. Too late!! No compensation was offered.

I only stayed 4 nights so did not request room service everyday. Breakfast was very good with wide choices available. Staff were very friendly but bar service can be a bit slow as only one Person to serve drinks.

Spa

Clean, comfortable, and very well located. Plentiful breakfast, though crowded and noisy at times, with tables sometimes difficult to find. Staff were efficient and helpful, although English communication could occasionally be limited. The standout feature was the spa on the 6th floor with its fantastic city view. My best memory from the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the jacuzzi.

Great location

We chose this hotel, in part, because of the facilities (swimming pool specifically) and were not disappointed. We paid for a river view and were very glad we had. Waking up each day to the sight of the river and the old town beyond with Wawel Castle, St Mary's Bascilica and other visible landmarks was glorious from 7th floor. The glass lift gives and outstanding view too. We paid for the breakfast and it was very good value. Buffet, self service style and everything from fresh fruit and yoghurts, breads (including gluten free option), cakes, croissants and danish pastries, hot cooked goods (bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, courgettes etc) cheeses, meats, fish and extensive salad, dressings, accompaniments and a very popular waffle station with the largest pump handle Nutella bottle I have ever seen!! Several coffee machines and an excellent selection of leaf and herbal teabags. They even had actimel bottles. There is a mini "spa" on 6th floor with rainfall showers, relaxing seating, steam room and sauna. On the ground floor is a small business centre and a hairdressers. Krakow Zablocie train station is a couple of minutes walk away (direct trains operate from here to Oświęcim (Auschwitz) at an approximate cost of £10 per person return taking around 1.5hr . Lots of restaurants around the hotel including Ethiopian, Indian, Chinese and others. Schindlers Factory is 10 minutes as is the ghetto wall remnants. Plaszow Memorial Park is 20-30 minutes walk. mini supermarket oppos

Its a good 40min walk to Old Town, but a good quality hotel, fire alarm went off at 430am no one said why and we all stood about. Pool is small. Breakfast is amazing.

Staff very welcolming, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Nice big beds, clean hotel.

The room was a little dusty and the shower was terrible - no power to it so hardly any water - staff were lovely

I choose this hotel because of the swimming pool. Close to the public transport, clean but the bathrooms need updating. Disliked the shower in the bath,looks dated,room could too do with updating. Main area doesn't look welcoming ,staff were friendly.

Nice hotel with great food and friendly attentive staff. Close to the river and a tram stop. Old town about a 25 min walk or 5 mins on the tram.
