This hotel should be 2 star or less. Good location but room and breakfast was horrible. Staff were friendly and helpful but I would never go back.

We loved the location close to the Arno River and the city center. Had a delicious pizza around the corner and there is also a small grocery store for last minute necessities and water! The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was delicious. They offer free luggage storage which was convenient. Within walking distance from the main train station. We loved our stay and will be back!

Breakfast was exceptional; privacy was appreciated

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and love the convenience of how close it was to everything. We walked to all the major attractions and great restaurants nearby. The service was amazing, we had an early morning tour and had to leave before breakfast. The front desk staff organized a packed breakfast and it was ready to go when we got there. We also love the disposable slippers they left in the room, nice touch. The only thing we didn’t like was we could hear kids running on the floor above, other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast too.

Very basic but clean and close to the places we wanted to visit. The lobby is very modern and has been updated but the rooms are pretty old.

The breakfast is amazing. The place is centrally located. Even after we check out, they were willing to keep our luggage while we go sightseeing. The location is perfect. Roms were clean and very nice

Great budget hotel in central Florence.

This hotel was nice and very quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small and the WiFi had issues at times. The hotel is located conveniently around places to see within about 10 min walk. It is close to the train station as well. Overall, very happy staying at this hotel!

The room was incredible small but it had a cute balcony.

I have stayed many times at Palazzo Ognissanti and really enjoyed the spacious room for the three of us. Very convenient location for the train and the city centre. Will definitely stay again here when back in Florence!

The room I had was definitely NOT the best room at this nice hotel but I needed a budget friendly option. The room opened to the outside and didn’t have AC. I had to leave early so didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast that was included. The bed was pretty hard but that’s common in Europe/Italy. But the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Great location - walkable to every attraction. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room, with mini-fridge. Well maintained hotel. Great breakfast. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

On the plus side, it is close to the train station (10 minute walk), it's a relative modern hotel with staffed reception area, great breakfast, two elevators, room was basic but comfortable, large bathroom. My main complaint was that the A/C was NOT working, when I complained, I was told hotel was full, so I couldn't change room. Their solution was to send up a fan. Luckyly we went in early May so weather was still cool, our room was over looking the inside patio, we had to sleep with the window open, so we didn't have a noise issue. But a/c not working is unacceptable! Major attraction were within walking distance (15-20) minutes, we are in mid 60's so took a rest halfway. We always sat at the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella which is a beautiful plaza! We has a couple of meals at the local pizzeria/Osteria MASO, a 2 minute walk, reasonable prices, good food, great service.

The Breakfast is wonderfufl. The access to all places easy. There are problems with security in Firenze and in the neighbourhood It is a pity and not the fault of the hotel Firenze is beautiful

Nice hotel.

The front of house staff(Victoria) was exceptional. No coffee/ teas in the rooms. Breakfast is 7:00, so no option for coffee. Nothing in the area opens before 7:00.
