Stayed for seven mights, four of us in the room, had to call for the correct amount of towels every day. The manager contacted me and offered free breakfast to compensate, which i appreciated, and assured me it would be correct. Upon returning to the room that night, there again were only two towels. Bath tub did not drain properly, alsed at least 3 times to have it fixed, it was better for one shower and then plugged again.
Shower never got hot, some days it was barely warm.
There were kids staying that were running through the halls and playing hockey, causing chaos and noise.
Service from the starbucks in the lobby wasnt very good. One morning the lady working there wasbjust on her phone for a couple minutes before coming over.
About a week before we arrived, i realized we didn't require the final night. As this was a fully refundable room, i assumed that that night would be refunded back to my card. But, they wanted to charge me another $160 to cancel, made no sense. This one I will be taking up with the Competition Bureau as this is false advertising.
The staff was very nice, but it didnt make up for the inconvenience.
