Quick check in, clean room, pleasant staff.

Excellent customer service, extremely quick check in, clean facility, definately a great choice.... didnt get to try out the gym or the indoor pool but they looked quite inviting! maybe next time...

Clean, quiet and conveniently located. There are comfy beds and my room had a couch which was nice.

We stayed due to a wedding event taking place in Ancaster. Perhaps for business guests the rooms would be fine, however, for us not only did each of the three rooms booked have toilet issues (running water due to an intermittant flap problem), there was not adequate space in the extremely tiny closet to hang our garments but the lighting in the room overall was not bright enough and the bathroom lighting for makeup application was poor. However, for business use, if the closet and lighting are taken out of the equation the room was fine. You do need a larger and much taller sign at the entrance to your parking lot.

We went there long, but while we were there, everything was cleaned, new and the main lobby was fun where there was a lot of other people watching the Blue Jays game and we enjoyed ourselves. Only issue would be the limited G&B offerings very expensive.

Stayed for 2 nights (weekdays), really good place to stay. Room was clean and well-lit. Supportive staff. There were many spots available for parking. I didn't took breakfast.

Only problem was parking not included and I wasn’t told that. Website doesn’t tell you that the parking is not included.

The staff were very friendly . The grounds very nice place to sit and relax. Parking was right by hotel and very easy.

We stayed at this hotel overnight because we were flying out from Hamilton airport the next day. Nice and close to the airport. Everything was quite simple to check in, the rooms were nice and comfortable. Excellent TV. The room served its purpose for the one night! Also nice and close to other restaurants.

Our room was nice and spacious, facilities were clean, gym was decent. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft for us. Very comfortable stay.

The hotel was good, the only complaint was the piĺlows, they were terrible. Need to source pillows that don't go completely flat
