This is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2. The staff were brutal, esp the front desk women. The jacuzzi was barely warm and all the gym equipment didn't work. I had to sleep on 2 twins as she said the only king rooms were smoking rooms (I didn't believe her-Maria)

Comfortable modern and friendly. The ease of parking on site was a bonus, and only a short 20 minute walk into town

The rooms are NOT soundproofed as claimed. Alot of outside noise and from the corridor. Should provide towels for the pool/ spa area as people are walking about wet.

Checked us into a joint room that stunk of smoke, fresh smoke. Moved our rooms for us to two nicer rooms though, which were average

Very comfortable one night stay. Facilities, cleanliness and staff are excellent. Breakfast is well worth paying for, choice and quality and excellent.

The room was comfortable enough, not much of a view and not a whole lot going on in the surrounding neighborhood. Close to the train station, and a nice multi-use path runs just past the hotel and down to the waterfront. I appreciated the secure underground parking. Breakfast was decent.

He reclamado la devolución pero no he tenido respuesta de Uds. de hecho estoy evaluando no utilizar más sus servicios de Hotels.com

Smart, modern large room in hotel conveniently opposite the railway station. The only place we stayed in Spain that provided a kettle! Fabulous menu of the day at lunchtime (to 15.30) for 20 Euros. Great choice at breakfast too.
