Very outdated, shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor as the curtain didn't fit correctly, bed was worn out and uncomfortable.

The lady up front was super sweet since we had a lot in common. They upgraded me to an ADA room with a king bed since I can’t do stairs. Only charged an extra $10 per night. The room was I pretty good shape. Needed a little paint touch up in a couple spots. But overall I will stay there again.

I dont like how they lied and said that there were stained (ruined) towels and they took money out of my account to cover it and they said they had photos and I asked for her to send them. It’s been almost 24 hrs and no photos which tells me they are making up some photos to send that won’t be my towels. Anything to rip off their customers. So wrong.

It's an older property, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Managers were very nice. It's in the Bijou area, so it's a little far to walk to the casinos; however, it's a cheap (less than $10) Lyft. There are two good breakfast places walking distance, plus a bakery; a burger joint next door, bike rentals and CVS. We usually stay closer to Stateline, but this was not bad at all.

1)The old ac was not able to change direction of the air, 2)No immediate reach to frontal desk if any emergency after 5 pm . Only through phone. Blown out light was replaced after sometime.

Wonderful staff. Clean, comfy beds! I believe We stayed in room 44 second level. It was a double room , 3 beds. Spacious. My kids loved sleeping in their own bed. Fans and AC in both room were great. Very comfy. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the manager, very friendly.

It’s a decent hotel, definitely on the idle . Bathroom door, did not close properly and made loud cracking noises when opened . Some of the amenities are worn down. The walls are very thin and I could hear very clearly the people next to me. Since the building is a bit on the older side, you can hear the footsteps and wood cracking from the people staying on the second floor.

Staff very helpful when had concerns.

This property is located near shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and have a mini refrigerator and microwave. The parking can be very crowded and not very spacious and the AC unit works but needs to be updated.

The pictures ate decieving. This place is old and has a musty smell. Lead based paint on walls. Needs updated so so bad. We took a cross country trip. Stayed in 16 hotels, this was by far the worst. When we entered the room u could smell the "old" smell. I almost slept in the car. Let the water run for 10 minutes waiting for the water to get warm but it wouldnt. Cold water only. Didn't get a good feeling at this place. Parking is tight. Do not recomme.d this place. Looked clean considering ...

Property owners very helpful and informative about things to do and where to park. Good location with nearby restaurants.

Pictures are deceiving, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Bedding looked like haven't washed. The rug was itching. It was cold and heater were not allowed to use.

Very good stop on our tour. Very comfy beds, and nicely refurbished. Would highly recommend. Make sure to follow their strict instructions about check-in as the keys are placed in a lock box.
