Absolutely beautiful hotel! Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were very friendly and took the time to help where ever they could. Amazing breakfasts with stunning views of the city, housekeeping was incredible, I would recommend this hotel to everyone as there just wasn't any downsides.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Located under the shadow of the Prague Palace, it is quiet, luxurious and within walking distance of the Old Town center. Historically, it was once a private residence. A fabulous breakfast was included each morning with a view of Prague that was breathtaking. Staff was very attentive and we enjoyed afternoon treats in the library room, and a little sweet as part of evening turn down service. It is a special place that I hope to return to one day. Thank you to Viktorie and all staff for making our stay memorable.

Truly a magical location - right by Prague Castle. The staff were wonderful, the room beautiful - and breakfast was the highlight of the day. We loved our stay.

Beautiful, quiet hotel. Could only have been improved had there been a bar, and some more vegetarian options in the restaurant.

The restaurant is superb, and the breakfasts are very good as well. There is a wine and nibbles offering (*w/o charge) between 4-6 in the afternoon which is a very nice feature.

Wonderful property. Staff excellent, loved wine and food reception every afternoon, room beautiful and cake every night was very nice. Breakfast was unbelievable. I would recommend and when I come to Prague would definitely stay here

Perfect location with top notch rooms, food and service on the best side of Prague near the castle and Charles bridge. Breakfast with views of Prague from the terrace room are exquisite and freshly prepared to order. Dinner on the higher open-air terrace is fantastic. A must stay and we will return.

An absolutely perfect experience. My son and I came to visit Prague and stayed at the gorgeous Golden Well Hotel for 10 days. I have never been to a hotel that I loved as much. The ambiance was soothing and cozy. They made us feel special with little desserts at our bedside each night. In the mornings, we experienced healthful and nourishing breakfasts served by the sweetest humans, all while enjoying a stunning view. To top it off, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfy. I normally don't sleep well in hotels, but I slept like a baby and even bought a pillow from them to take home. I will definitely be back!!

From the minute we checked in the service was outstanding. The staff were so obliging, the room was lovely and the grounds and breakfast could not be faulted. I thoroughly recommend the terrace restaurant

I appreciate the outstanding customer service at the Golden Well Hotel. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and were able to easily accommodate my every need. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with an amazing location (room looked out onto the castle gardens), close to many great local restaurants, including their own outstanding rooftop terrace restaurant. I will definitely return for another luxurious stay.

Definitely 5 stars all the way. This hotel would be difficult for persons with mobility issues. Taxis couldn't bring us to the entrance and it's quite steep walking there. Every breakfast was amazing and the views!
