Staff was very friendly, check in was straightforward. Common areas were not great, old carpets which had an odour. Need to be replaced as they are off putting as you make your way to your room. The room itself was clean but carpets showing their age. I believe some rooms had the carpets replaced with laminated flooring which should be continued throughout, we unfortunately had old carpets along with their smell.

We stayed overnight with our two Siamese cats, as we were in the process of moving. The hotel was great and the room was very pet friendly. The critters enjoyed the view 😊. The young lady working in the front desk was friendly and able to answer a couple of questions that we had.

They let me check out an hour later with no extra fees because I asked. Very nice staff

The sink didn't drain, and the toilet was blocked. It was inconvenient.

Room was decently clean. This hotel is in need of some renovations. Quiet and breakfast was nice.

Value for money Breakfast continental , quite basic

Paid $300 almost for a honeymoon suite and ac didnt work and half of the tile in bathroom was falling off the walls and floor tiles were all loose.

The room was clean but it needs upgrade for sure. Some investment is needed for furniture. Bathroom is small. Good for one person. The staff is great. You have a continental breakfast at the end of the hallway. The hotel is real convenient if you’re flying out of Fredericton Airport cause it’s only 6 kms away. You can park and fly for the same cost it would cost you at the airport. Except you will need a taxi to drive you to the airport Overall since we were only there to sleep and drive home the next day. It was really good.

Floors in our room needed to be replaced . Hair on the floor , Beds were very uncomfortable and not well made .

Terrible stay. Would not recommend. Lights in room did not work other than bathroom. Tv remote did not work other than change channels. Had turn tv on manually. Could not change the volume off the remote. On a positive note the two gal work that night were very helpful, kind and nice

Staff were fantastic and friendly. Very clean rooms, halls and lobby.

We stayed 2 nights. The room was made up but no coffee was left for the 2nd night. But the front desk helped out.

The hotel is very convenient nearby airport, bathroom was totally clean but carpet on the bedroom side was filthy. I think much better to remove carpet and replace by tiles. Friendly staff and approachable.
