It was about 1/2 mile walk from the train station and was in the heart of Turin. It was right around the corner from the pedestrian street with tons of outside dining and shopping. Very lively and fun location to have a cocktail in the afternoon with all the locals. Easy to walk to all the historical parts of Turin. Breakfast was good and basic with a variety of breads, yogurts, and fruit. It is a small hotel which I always enjoy because you see the same staff everyday and they remember you. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful hotel in a great location close to main sites and many restaurants. Right by shopping area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful. Had all we needed. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel

The location was fantastic! The rooms are very clean. The staff was excellent. The furnishings are a little tired but not enough to keep me away. I will definitely stay here again when in Turin.

The location is perfect for exploring Torino, the service is excellent and the rooms are clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately hotel was too hot as heating was on. It was 20 degrees over weekend was told i couldn't have AC cold on. Had to sleep with windows open which was noisy. Hotel was in great location, breakfast was ok but toaster didnt work for 2 days.

It was wonderful! Christian at reception was great, and there for us for our entire stay. Joan at the bar was also wonderful. Stay there if you are in Turin, it’s close to everything you need to see.

This hotel is in a very good location in Turin, a block off the main areas. The room was delightfully decorated, and mostly clean (a little mold in the shower stall). The weirdest thing was that the water cannot drain in the shower, because the drain is not the lowest part. Also, the courtyard is part of a residential complex, so there were babies and dog noises. My room was lovely to look at, but there was some kind of public space above me, so I was awoken each night to furniture being moved around for 15-30 minutes, and the strong smell of antiseptic cleaning fluid of some kind. The breakfast was nice, but the reception and wait staff seem really unhappy. I feel like there could be some management issues here. I have stayed in hotels in Italy countless times over many years, so this wasn't cultural - there was something lacking in their esprit de corps all four nights I was there. I saw one manager with a blond ponytail running and barking orders. She may be the issue, I couldn't tell you, but I suspect they have high turnover. The hotel is beautiful, though, with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The hotel was great and the staff and service was amazing. They accommodated us well and the daily breakfast was fantastic. The location was also super ideal.

This was a perfect stay: perfectly clean and confortable room. Ideally located hotel and fantastic hotel staff. We will stay there again for sure
