Total confusion with the hotel name They actually changed the hotel name It took me more than 1 hour with the cab to find the location

Luxury resort with a few rough edges. Cons - No hot water two days running, curtain was broken, toilet running and making awful screeching noises in the middle of the night when the tank filled. Inadequate outlets by bedside for charging. Pros - Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, amazing breakfast buffet.

So the property that we booked for was closed because it was destroyed due to a hurricane in 2023. We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working. The TV and the tub were the only things I had issues with. Staff was great, easy to get a taxi, there is no uber in the area. The amenities were awesome, like the pool, lazy river and gym. The dining we mid.

Hurricane Otis destroyed the hotel, it was poorly built, specially the windows, not up to hurricane-proof code

Staff was very attentive. No bottled water in the room when we arrived. 😏 Hotel was quiet even though is so close to the airport. The area is nice and quiet.

The hotel is well-located, near the beach and walking distance from an upscale mall. The facilities were well maintained, spacious and attractive. The suites were also well equipped and spacious. The beach club across the street was nice. What it lacked was easily accessible WiFi/internet. WiFi was only available in the reception area and was not reliable. It also lacked outdoor seating areas, other than the pool - no balconies, terrace or garden areas to relax.

The stay was great .Everything was magnificent. Really recommend to families.

This property is WAY over priced for what they offer. They don’t even have WiFi in the rooms, if you want or need to use the WiFi, you have to go sit in the lobby.

Deja mucho que desear .VIDANTA muy mal, ponen al huésped o al cliente al ultimo lugar . Es clarísimo el MAL entrenamiento donde solo les importa cumplir las órdenes. Ejemplo: usan tarjetas paras las toallas de playa. Si llegaste hasta el “club de playa” y no traes la tarjetita te tienes que regresar por ella a Recepcion, que esta del otro lado . Ese es solo un ejemplo . Su orientación a servicio al huésped CERO

The property was great and the staff was very polite, the building is close to the beach but still not right on the beach. I did not like the people in the lobby trying to sell vacation packages, it was very annoying and horrible experience when you tell them you are not interested. The hotel is not cheap and still you have to deal with those sellers, not cool.

The staff is nice and friendly. On the other hand, I found very annoying that there’s a team selling you timeshare accomodations in Acapulco right after check in and they also sell you a “donation” at check out (they even gave me a bill that included the $30usd to an unknown foundation that I had to refuse and get a new bill). Also, my room had a leak in the bathroom and the safe box wasn’t working. This last one they were never able to fix since I needed to be present and it would take them 30 mins just to get to my room to check on it (which I couldn’t do since I was almost on my way out). I must admit they did follow up later that day though I was never in my room so I decided to just leave it. The pool is nice and the room had a good size with pool view. You must also know this hotel isn’t on the beach side. Finally, the check in and check out times are really uncomfortable. Check in is at 5pm and check out is at 10am which is TOO EARLY. I was there for an event and went to bed at 4am so I could only sleep for a few hours. It’s an ok hotel but I don’t think it worths the money.

Complete bait and switch - the pictures are from their sister hotel, which they push to upsell you at 500 usd per night. The actual property is a hostel style, no star experience.

No Wifi in rooms and that was a huge disappointment

Overall the property and beyond disappointing. To start on Expedia it depicted the resort as beach front. The resort is not beach front. Upon checking at 5pm or so they weren’t sure they had a clean room available for me. I had to wait 10 mins before a room was available. Then I was told I had to leave all my valuables in a safe at all times due to people breaking into hotel rooms. Then once I got to the room I was disappointed. The room hadn’t been updated in many years. The main door the room was flimsy and could be broken into easily. The adjoining door to the room next for did not have a lock on it. When I went to shower that evening the water was black. Thoroughly disappointed in this hotel and I would very much like a refund.

Very poor service and old rooms with several issues. Not recommended if you’re expecting a confortable stay.

El hotel esta bien para pocos dias. Tiene alberca y club de playa. Te dan toallas. El desayuno tiene poca variedad pero buena relacion calidad -precio

Gross and old TVs are old and signal doesn’t work..
