Would have been easier to check in if i could have checked a box on the booking to include my pets. having to pay a second bill on arrival for them seperately was inconvenient abd annoying.

The halls were light and the rooms were nice the beds very comfy

These are very small room, you enter the room right in sleeping area. The rooms are super warm and no possibliity to open the windows. Hotel is clean, staff is nice, pool is good and breakfast is good. D'Amours has very good poutine and is right next door.

Very Smelly.. Quite a lot of noise from outside and inside at night.. a zero heath rating for the breakfast… pool looked nice but was very busy with locals… spa tub broken … room itself was very clean, but very old… hallway carpets stink like puke and are old and worn… front desk personnel where very nice.

Great property! Terrific room, our kids even had bunk beds which they loved! Great service. Nothing fancy but we didn't need that.

The hotel was ok, there were beer cans left under the nightstand from previous people and the bathroom counter was missing a piece of counter. The room had a musty, stale air to it, which there was no fan option to use in the room only heat air. Pool area was nice for the kids and breakfast had nice waiter staff, food was decent

We have enjoyed our stay.

We made a last-minute decision to stay in this hotel when driving conditions were too dangerous to make it to our original destination. It was the perfect, coziest stop. The person at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming, and our little daughter absolutely loved the pool. The staff at breakfast were friendly too.

Front desk personnel went over and above help us with all our questions. Internet was not strong enough for my grandsons VR

The room is large enough for our family of six; we paid $218, but the only drawback was that the bathroom sink was blocked. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was very friendly. She made freshly cooked waffles for our children. Meals were included with the bookings, and breakfast is complimentary. The male receptionist is quite competent.

Great place , only thing rooms on first floor had a bit of a humidity smell but over all very clean rooms & great friendly staff members
