Staff was very helpful and do extra help whenever help is needed.

Strategic location and suitable for families

Location is very convenient to the free tram stops, shops, and QVM. The hotel and room is clean and comfortable, and is also kids-friendly with their small corner for kids to read and play down at the lobby. Property is secure too and they had assisted us with storage luggage when we arrived early before the check in time. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Everything is good except for the in room facility is less especially bathroom. The room is very clean and spacious.

We were dispatched to the last room on the corridor with 30-year old furnishing style. For all the room photos that you're seeing, tune the brightness down 5 notches and yellowness up 3 notches; They are all heavily photoshopped. Carpets didn't felt all that clean. I would have appreciated some room slippers. Shower = standing in a bathtub with weak water pressure. Most disappointing was the carpark. It is exceptionally small so most likely you would never get a lot. Don't count on it. We drove an EV and were quite serious in need to use the Tesla Destination chargers there. However, the hotel team just have no idea (and have no qualms) whether the chargers work or not. Anyway, the Tesla Destination chargers have no outgoing network connection. My app could recognize the chargers, but the chargers would not connect to the servers, and therefore fails to activate. In the middle of the night we decided to move the car to QVM to charge overnight. Read: cheaper overnight rates there too on weekend nights.

Hotelnya dekat dengan tram station dan tidak jauh dari Queen Victoria Market. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Saya sudah tiga kali ke Melbourne dan selalu menginap di hotel ini. Ada banyak makanan juga di sekitarnya.

The location was perfect. Nearby with QV market, tram station, as well as supermarket. Please be noted for the apartment single room, they provide microwave and refrigerator. No cooking appliances provided.

So near to the queen vic market and trams area. Also there are many food surround the area. The room and bathroom are clean, also the hairdryer is so good makes my hair dry so fast! The receptionist alao very helpful.

daily housekeeping so the room is always clean everytime we came back from somewhere, the staffs were also very friendly, one day we only stayed in the room, the housekeeping asked for permission if we need any assistance for the room, we said it's okay not to clean the room for just a day and they asked permission for just throwing away the garbage, change the tissue and our towels, so insisting but in a good way, thank you

3 days I stayed at ibis melbourne, the hotel was clean, spacious, the bathroom was okay, to the city took a 5 minute walk. 7 minutes walk to Aldi supermarket, I'll give you number 7
