Staff were caring and efficient and went the extra mile to make us feel at home!

My stay in Yokkaichi Miyako Hotel is always pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, andsmelled nice, always a bonus! I especially was pleased to see the water machine on each floor, free to guests. Just another perk to staying at the Miyako!

Overall, a great experience. The staff was friendly and very nice. The room did have a musty scent, which we didn't find too pleasant. But other than that, everything was great.

I liked specious and clean room with nice view (mountain side) and quietness! May I suggest increasing water pressure and temperature at shower room?

Old facilities but pretty well maintained. Room.was spacious and comfortable except for the hair in the bath from a previous tenant. Limited TV chanels. No temperature control. Aircon is either on or off.

The Miyako hotel is nice and the staff were excellent, but I was surprised to have to pay an additional parking fee of ¥1,800 per day.

Helpful staff

The hotel is really close to Yokkaichi Station and very convenience to us. The room is big enough for 3 adults and 1 kid. It is nice and tidy. A nice hotel for next trip.

The room we stayed was on the non-smoking floor but it smelled cigarette very strong. The hotel staff did cleaning for us later and it was fine.

Dated furniture in rooms; no ability to control temperature in rooms. A/C does not work well, windows don't open. Difficult to sleep because my room was so stuffy.
