Clean comfortable room, helpful staff

Everything was fine except there appeared to be a dog in the room opposite mine and it kept barking all morning while I was trying to sleep! It took me ages to realise it was actually in a room and not outside. Room was clean, front desk was friendly. Nothing else was an issue.

Get what you pay for. Hotel is showing its age. Rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything from the other rooms. There was a dog in one room 6 rooms away and round the corner that could be heard constantly barking. Only food available within a 4 mile radius is the motorway services that you need a small mortgage to pay for it. Parking isn't secure and it's pot luck if you can get one of the disabled spaces that are 130 yards from the hotel and further away than the EV charging points. Even normal parking is closer to it.

Convenient to the British Motor Museum.

Room was a nice size. Had twin room. Beds felt small. Good for motorway hotel but wouldn’t recommend for longer stays

Stayed here for 1 night due to a local event. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet, considering it was located at a service station. The room was a good size and very clean.

The staff is very nice, but there has no air conditioning, very hot under the heat wave.

Basic standards of cleanliness weren't met, but otherwise a thoroughly standard start for a budget hotel.

Pleasant quick stay over on business trip, clean , quiet, easy access of m40 - will use again.

Comfortable bed. Car parking was questionable as the public from the multiple fast food outlets out the front of the hotel all parked in the same area and we had to pay £10 for the parking privilege for a 2 night stay. We removed all luggage from vehicle because we didn’t feel safe leaving it to be viewed in the vehicle.

Lovely breakfast and my husband accidentally left our car open overnight. Whilst I wouldn't recommend this nothing was taken. We both slept really well in the comfortable bed. The lady who checked us in was attentive and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Rooms was clean but could do with a little freshen up. Breakfast was fair but had to go into the services. Parking charge wasn’t mentioned but still a extra charge. Staff were pleasant.

Fantastic staff on reception, easy to park and sort parking fee at the desk. Room clean and a good size for a family room. Very quiet given the location, which was great! Breakfast is served in the service station next door - the only option is full English so skip if you want something else. Comfortable beds and room not too hot. Would happily stay again.

Shower gel was empty, ran out of toilet paper and only 2 tissues in box. Poor on housekeeping. Beds narrow for large adult.
