Wonderful, comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and gave us a free upgrade to our room! Very eco-conscious with water provided in reusable bottles. Spa was very luxurious.

Ideal location close to town centre, great and friendly staff, nice breakfast (although perhaps a little expensive), and modern clean rooms. No complaints from me!

Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. See pics , wont let me upload pics Spa facilities really great, pool just at right temperature. Sauna and hamman perfect and jacuzzi. Albeit Saturday it was very busy, no seats, jacuzzi constantly full etc, sunday after lunch we had entire lot to ourselves. Dont miss out on these facilities which were excellent. Pool step area needed cleaning: clogged with gunk gathered where the stone floor meets the pool steps, dont notice unless you're coming out the pool orherwise very clean. Lift not working so had to use service lift, necessitating walking by workmen in your robe, and noise. No notice that works were ongoing. Not so bad at quiet times but when we checked in we were 20 mins waiting to use the lift behind others doing the same to go to our room! Very large underground parking area. Food only available for a couple of hours a day, what a loss of income for the hotel. Silly, even if it just offered pizza n burgers!! Lost opportunity to generate further income. Never saw the bar open. Nothing much in Aix tbh, a bit of a dump. A great stop off on the way to your destination.

The staff is kind and the facilities are well maintained. It is a suitable facility for business trips. If there is anything to improve, the breakfast buffet lacked fresh vegetables, and the Internet service was unstable when Wi-Fi was used in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Florent at reception was a wonderful host and told us all we needed to know to make the most of our stay. The room was gorgeous and we had a brilliant night’s sleep. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

This property is close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants near by, and supermarkets. My only complaint is that you have to pay extra (16 Euro per person) to use the pool or the spa.

Good hotel with value for money.

Very comfortable hotel in decent location for the centre of town. Nice spa facilities too.

Spacious room, very good shower, good breakfast, very secure parking. Only criticism, could not access BBC news, despite the fact it was included in the list of channels.

The place was recently renovated and the final result is very nice.

Good location nice rooms good housekeeping overall but we didn’t get tea coffee sachets one at but when requested quickly provided Extremely helpful friendly staff Will come again to stay and recommend any time Thank u for looking after us

J'ai choisis cet établissements pour le prix car je faisais un bref sejour au final si on compte l'accès à la piscine et le parking qui est payant nous aurions pu prendre un hôtel près du lac.

Paiement effectué alors quau telephone la reservation etait annulée . Personnel très incompetent !

acces piscine en supplément (pas vraiment précisé à la réservation, c'était juste indiqué spa en supplément mais c'est le même acces) 16 euro/personne pour y accéder..

Escapade en amoureux! Établissement parfait pour être dans notre bulle. Calme, propre, bénéficiant d’un super SPA, et à proximité de tous commerces. Staff agréable.

Localisation. Accueil, chambres spacieuses, équipements spa, le tout très bien. Le petit frigo peut-être disponible en chambre mais sur demande car il n y en a pas pour toutes les chambres. Dommage que le tapis de course etait en panne. La zone spa est fabuleuse ! Le Park bien que payant est grand lesbplaces sont tres large!

On a payé via votre réseau 296€ en arrivant on a payé le parking, le petit déjeuner et le spa pour 2 jours soit 96 € j'ai bien insisté pour payer ce supplément et être débarrassé pour notre départ. Hors en partant on nous a réclamé le petit déjeuner ! Ceci n'est pas normal ! J'aurais dû demander la facture détaillée des l'arrivée! Je ne recommanderai surtout pas cet hôtel et comme je suis beaucoup vu sur Google le massage passera très bien. Je ne remettrai pas les pieds dans un de vos établissements qui affiche 4 étoiles et a des douches avec du moisie sur le bas des fayence aussi !
