We did not eat breakfast

There was any bad smelling in the bathroom. We asked the hotel two times. They did something to repair, but it was solved. Furthermore, they have never suggested to change the room. We gave up to ask them. It was NOT comfortable for us.

Excellent room, clean well taken care of. Excellent staff.

The only problem was that the jacuzzi was booked the entire weekend and we were not able to use it which sucks. After that was the main reason to book the hotel. None of the spa services were available because over booked. They should alert when you make the reservation.

A good simple 4star hotel. Convenient to walk and tour Palmero old town.

Clean room, moved to other room, first was so, so. Breakfast average, less choices than we are used to. Never found out if the mini-bar was free? Booked a car to airport price pre-agreed at $60.00 euros, car was on metre more expensive. Driver didn’t speak any English. Staff were very friendly.

Located in a convenient area close to major attractions and transport links, this hotel offers a central location. However, it is an outdated property that has not been maintained well. The showers are often dirty with lingering odors, the beds are uncomfortable due to old mattresses, and the overall cleanliness and comfort do not meet modern standards. Given these issues, I would recommend considering alternative accommodations in the area for a better experience. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Great Location, Hotel Rooms are comfortable and decent size. Restaurant on Roof Top

We had a great stay and would definitely book here again. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The rooftop terrace has beautiful views and the breakfast served at the hotel each morning was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great staff and very Clean and updated hotel

This hotel was a 10 out of 10, excellent location, not far from popular areas, but just far enough that we were able to sleep at night without loud city noises. Close enough to walk to everything, great anmmenities and well equipped gym. The only tiny thing, I could maybe say was slightly negative,was that there was no Wi-Fi in the gym except in one corner. Aside from that it was a fabulous stay!

This was not a 4 star hotel. Shower had mold, curtains were filthy, needed to be painted, no bathrobes, and limited room amenities. Needs an upgrade.

This is an excellent property this is my second time staying there for a duration of two weeks each time

I like everything about this hotel. Location is just perfect. You can easily go to station. You can easily visit the center, shopping areas. Close to tourist attractions. Breakfast is sufficient and view is nice. And the staff is so helpful. Definitely recommended. And most importantly room is clean. Thank you for everything.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Michael was our staff person who cleaned the room and did everything else that was needed. He was exceptional. I enjoyed the modern feel of the property and the spa is five-star. I highly recommend using the amenities available.

Overall it was ok , but it didn't feel like a nice four star hotel . It just did'nt feel welcoming and comfortable at all.
