Awesome design, food, location, staff.

Good breakfast and dinner

Hotel therm met all expectations and exceeded them. As did the beautiful city of merano. We originally staying only 1 night but due to the beauty we decided to alter the last half of our trip to go back a few days. And hotel therm was the perfect choice again. Good location for the city, plus access to thermal pools was an amazing perk. The roof pool of the hotel, had perfect views of the mountains to relax to.

Exelente hotel ubicado con comunicación directa a las aguas termales. El hotel en muy buenas condiciones, el desayuno muy variado y la fruta muy fresca. La Habitación pague un upgrade a una suite muy espaciosa y cómoda. Recomiendo el hotel para descansar, relajarse, hacerse masajes y disfrutar del bello paisaje que lo rodea.

Location was great and spa facilities excellent. Restaurant staff were average at best and definitely not extra effort from reception staff unless you clearly asked. The building itself is really an architectural mistake for the area and it was confusing to understand why such a modern building with no sympathetic alignment to the town would be allowed. The interior was the same a bit of a mismatched between modern and clean to retro in bars and other areas. Over all good but not great

This hotel is amazing! The property is beautiful and has everything a traveler could want. Location and amenities were perfect, including entry into the Merano Terme. The staff was professional and very helpful. I’d stay here again for sure.

Beautiful property in beautiful surroundings. Conveniently located in center of town with sounds of rushing river and excellent spa facilities. Air conditioning in room was subpar.

Great hotel and termes.

The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!

Very interesting experience, the taste one at the restaurant for the huge breakfast and the terrific dinner were astonishing! The rooms are very bad in my opinion, with non comfortable beds, small (not big as shown in the pictures) and also very bad showers. Sky bar/pool and garden spa, fine. The sky pool in the morning is absolutely amazing, I suggest you to try. Unfortunately the Terme of Merano doesn't follow Covid19 rules. People without masks everywhere, also in the changing room where men and women are together in small spaces.

Great accommodation, great spa, great location, great service & good food! Loved this charming Italian town! Would return for longer next visit!

We loved this hotel! The easy access to the Therme Merano is the real selling point, but the ambiance and food keeps us coming back again and again. The rooftop and garden spa are nice, but can be exceptionally overcrowded, so we tend to spend our time at the Therme. Great staff, easy (and free) parking in the garage. Great location.
