We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent. It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine.

Lovely hotel in a great central location. The rooms are modern and clean with an Italian feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Shoutout to Fusaro and Michele, would stay again!

Great Hotel. Buffet was good. Location was very good.

The front desk staff was wonderful. The rooftop bar and terrace are beautiful. The room was fair; the walls were scuffed up and scratched and looked like it hadn't been repaired in a while.

Beautiful hotel just a block from all the hustle and bustle of Naples.

The room given had recently been renovated so it was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is centrally located. The only critique i have is the breakfast. The food is cold. There is not an option to do toast and the pancakes and scrambled egg cold. It would be nice to be able to order and have something warm. Even though the view is great the breakfast was a let down.

The staff is very kind and professional of the place is clean and wonderful. The location is perfect in the middle of everywhere when I come back to Naples this is where I’m staying.

Hotel staff in both parking and front desk were not very helpful. Parking elevator wasn’t functioning.

Very nice Staff. The hotel is in the middle of the heart of Napoli. 1 block from Spanish neiborhood.. Few steps to the Toledo way ( Shopping area ) Spectacular views from the 9th floor rooftop Very good bar and restaurant. The room, its little old, but nice. We receive anniversary complement. Tks

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Service at breakfast was excellent nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and aperitivo. Location is good you are in the heart of the action. You can walk to plenty of tourist attractions

This hotel is very nice. In a great location right off Toledo Street and within walking distance to the port area. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was by far the absolute worst hotel experience i have ever had. It reminded me more of a motel. The price was absolutely not worth it. Our room appeared as if it was under construction and not finished being repaired. The hallways are dirty and in poor condition. The view from the room looked into a slum. I was not comfortable here. The sink would also not stop leaking and I could not sleep.

this is a beautiful hotel great room upgrade the staff on front desk where brilliant door man very nice and helpfull the area its in does not do it justice

Convenient for us for an overnight stay before flight We arrived from Ischia to Naples by ferry & it was around a 10minute taxi ride, very assertive taxi driver at the Port didn’t want to out the meter on but eventually did & cost was juts under 10 euro Hotel is in the centre of things so streets can be quite noisy ( even from the 7th floor ) but it wasn’t too troublesome Rooms are a very tired, big holes in curtains etc but was fine for one night, bed was very comfortable & good bed linens Was a 15 min taxi ride to Naples airport but this was at 6am so not much traffic, taxi cost 30 euro, no meter this time & I had no energy to argue with them 😊 Check in was good

Salvatore and Ruben at the front desk were extremely helpful. Salvatore was welcoming, patient, efficient and very customer oriented when we arrived on the first day, answering all my questions. This gave us such a comfortable feeling as we had not stayed in Naples before. The room was comfortable, everything worked and we enjoyed the breakfasts and room service menu!! Thank you Hotel Oriente gir your great service!

Nice breakfast, good location, a bit old style hotel. could not rest at all due to noise above from restaurant, also very early in the morning. Would not stay there again for that reason. Staff was very kind.
