Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with a rooftop swimming pool and great buffet breakfast. 15 minutes on the bus to Dubrovnik old town, 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Good value and friendly staff.

I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The location was excellent, with everything I needed close by. Getting into the city centre was incredibly easy, as there was a bus stop nearby and it was only about a 10-minute ride. It made exploring the city convenient without having to rely on a car. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the parking. While parking is available, you’re not guaranteed a spot, which can be a little inconvenient if you’re travelling by car. I had to spend some extra time looking for a place to park, but it wasn’t enough to take away from the overall experience.

The standard room was not as nice as expected. The hotel however gave us a free upgrade with an ocean view.

The hotel was amazing. Super clean, excellent view, and you couldn’t beat the location. 10/10 would recommend.

Sonja was our housekeeper. She was helpful with a leak in the venting system Always smiling and asking if we needed anything

I reserved 5 nights and was so disappointed, I left after 3 and moved to a nicer hotel. Pros: - Staff are friendly - Rate includes breakfast - Close to the beach, restaurants and shops - Number 4 bus stops nearby which brings you to the old town in about 12-15 minutes Cons: - The hotel is very basic - looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1990s, or before - Carpeted rooms - Clumps of hair found in towels/bedding - No in-room safe - Breakfast food selection is ok, but not great - Bad coffee

Overall for the price this is a good hotel in a convenient location for beaches and buses into the old town. We stayed in the main building. The room while rather dated was perfectly functional. The view left a little to be desired but did not matter as we were out exploring Dubrovnik. Breakfast was adequate - plenty of food both hot and cold - only improvement would be decaffeinated tea/coffee! The pool was lovely with lots of space though some more parosols would be great. The view from the pool was amazing. Overall a good stay for money.

The whole hotel was soooo good and the staff was so service minded. If im going to Zadar ill stay there I again!

A complementary bottle of water each apon arrival would have made a good impression.... Especially during the highest temperatures of the year ... We found the bed was very uncomfortable although the air con was a lifesaver, so that was a plus.... Food was all good and the staff were friendly

Amazing and helpful staff! The location was perfect with Lapad beach below the hotel. We had a room in the annex building and the cleaning staff were quick and efficient and changed towels, while we had breakfast. I can really recommend this hotel!

Localisation très bien avec la plage à proximité. Super la terrasse et la piscine. Chambre désuette et lit inconfortable. Service très variable selon l'employé. Parfois difficile d'avoir des conseils ou indications. Il nous a été difficile de communiquer avec le personnel de l'hôtel avant notre arrivée.

Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was okay. Didn't hardley experience any staff except from check in/out. The room was very small. It could have had an refrigirator. Okay bathroom and beds. The room was clean when we came. They made the beds and emtyed the bin but no more.(Or I didn't see it)

Very nice and helpfull staff and everything was also very clean. The hotel is very well located and only 10 minutes by bus to the Old Town.

Much of the staff was unfriendly. Asking for eggs to order passed off one female employee. Housekeeping staff was the exception. Very friendly.

Rooms were impeccabley clean. They had so much staff working constantly. Perfect location good food. Hallway carpet a little stained

We stayed 5 nights with my 8 year old son, the staff is extremely friendly and kind :) Pool was great, beach is near and shops around the corner. I will give 4/5, only air conditioning gives minus points.

Ok hotel. Water view is only for few rooms. Annex building where I am at has no / elevator. Buffet Breakfast is good. Staff are ok. Info provided on check in is so limited.
