We stayed at this hotel for two nights, the first night we checked in at around 23:30 hrs, the se one night we returned at almost midnight.
We’ve been traveling for almost a month and by far, this was our worst experience.
The room was very cold when we checked in and the heater never worked, it always blew cold air; the following morning we asked for it to be fixed and when we returned at night it didn’t work at all. It was closed to mid night so we didn’t bother calling again.
Upon check in there was only 1 towel set, we were told by the front desk guy that it was customary and the guest had to order to get more.
There was only 1 pack of coffee for a room with 3 queen beds, and again I was told that coffee was complimentary and if I wanted more it would be $.2.50 per bag/cup.
Overall extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of empathy from the employees, with the exception of the security guy.
