Great Service, Clean and save

Room was adequate. Be careful on the room you get here. In the past I’ve experience a comfortable stay and pleasant staff. The bed was so awful I could not sleep and have terrible back pain and am exhausted as a result. Then, after the morning staff approve a late check out one of the male employees called my room and said I had to be out by checkout time or I would be charged. He was very rude and disrespectful which was enough to make me consider other choices on my next trip. This is sad because this had been a favorite place to stay when in the city. But not anymore.

Such a great hotel and in the safest part of Guatemala City. It is walkable to great shops and restaurants. Staff were pleasant and the room extremely clean and spacious.

Beautiful views, beautiful rooms with balconies! Very professional staff and extremely friendly! I will be back just to stay here! And the food was amazing! The croquetas and michelada were delicious! Muchas Gracias!!!

Friendly, professional, helpful, bi-lingual staff. Hotel is in a great, safe location, with much to do and see along the avenues. Close to airport and Casa Veranda offers shuttle service at a very reasonable price. Room was comfortable and clean, absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend a stay here.

Room very clean, and the staff was nice!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, the first night we checked in at around 23:30 hrs, the se one night we returned at almost midnight. We’ve been traveling for almost a month and by far, this was our worst experience. The room was very cold when we checked in and the heater never worked, it always blew cold air; the following morning we asked for it to be fixed and when we returned at night it didn’t work at all. It was closed to mid night so we didn’t bother calling again. Upon check in there was only 1 towel set, we were told by the front desk guy that it was customary and the guest had to order to get more. There was only 1 pack of coffee for a room with 3 queen beds, and again I was told that coffee was complimentary and if I wanted more it would be $.2.50 per bag/cup. Overall extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of empathy from the employees, with the exception of the security guy.

Me gusta mucho hospedarme aquí porque las habitaciones son grandes. Todo está impecable y el servicio al cliente es muy bueno. Tienen cocina las habitaciones y eso me encanta
