The ductwork needs to be cleaned

Arrived 25 minutes before 3 o’clock checkin and told to go away until 3.

Everything was very good. Convenient for the airport but a free airport shuttle service would be perfect and bring in lots of business.

Room was clean and the bathroom was efficient. Good selection of restaurant food to late into the evening and a very good breakfast. Lots to eat. Also very close to the airport so perfect for a one night stop

Property was clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant was very good. Very convenient location to the airport.

The staff were very helpful but the hotel is not handicapped accessible. The rooms do not have a handicapped shower or toilet. There is no elevator and only a small block of rooms on the ground floor. There is one handicapped parking space and a ramp into the hotel but the rooms are not easily accessible. It was okay for one night.

A simple hotel, conveniently located for the airport. A bit dated but served us well for a 1 night stay before an early flight the subsequent day

Overall a nice hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast with eggs. Secure parking.

Convenient for early flight Comfortable and clean, hot shower but only one towel. We asked the taxi man who dropped us to come and collect us the next morning to take us back to the airport for early flight.

There was only one towel and it could use some keeping up, but very good experience.

Great bar & Restaurant

The room were old and not safe, they changed me from the first room assigned because was mold in the walls the bathroom sink was dirty and broken, but the second room was even worse the safety handles in shower were almost falling off, the carpet was so dirty, the chair in sitting area was so dirty and the noise in the room was unbearable. The next morning when I went for breakfast the personal was cold and the service terrible. I had payed three nights after the ffirst night I decided I couldn’t stay any longer, when I did the check out they didn’t even bother asking why I was checking out earlier. It was a nightmare!

great staff, awesome food, clean and convenient

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Not only does it smell bad throughout the entire building, but it is also really dirty. The only thing to recommend it is a location close to the airport, which is convenient for an early morning flight. The room was not properly equipped with enough towels—there was only one for two guests. When I asked for another towel, the receptionist was rude. At check in, the receptionist provided no information about parking, breakfast or meals. She’s not even direct me on how to find my room. It was unlike any experience I have had as a traveler in Chile or any other country.

Adequate accommodation near the airport.

The place is well located closed to the airport. The place is safe and the staff is professional. But the place is not very modern. Investing in putting it up to date would be a good thing.
