Great bar & Restaurant

The room were old and not safe, they changed me from the first room assigned because was mold in the walls the bathroom sink was dirty and broken, but the second room was even worse the safety handles in shower were almost falling off, the carpet was so dirty, the chair in sitting area was so dirty and the noise in the room was unbearable. The next morning when I went for breakfast the personal was cold and the service terrible. I had payed three nights after the ffirst night I decided I couldn’t stay any longer, when I did the check out they didn’t even bother asking why I was checking out earlier. It was a nightmare!

great staff, awesome food, clean and convenient

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Not only does it smell bad throughout the entire building, but it is also really dirty. The only thing to recommend it is a location close to the airport, which is convenient for an early morning flight. The room was not properly equipped with enough towels—there was only one for two guests. When I asked for another towel, the receptionist was rude. At check in, the receptionist provided no information about parking, breakfast or meals. She’s not even direct me on how to find my room. It was unlike any experience I have had as a traveler in Chile or any other country.

Adequate accommodation near the airport.

The place is well located closed to the airport. The place is safe and the staff is professional. But the place is not very modern. Investing in putting it up to date would be a good thing.

This hotel was very nice. It was great they have a restaurant inside the hotel and a pool. It is in the middle of Calama perfect location for being in the city. The only negative things are I asked for an early check in and they couldn’t accommodate that and we had no WiFi in our room the entire duration. The WiFi was primarily in the lobby.

It is very closed to the airport, nice staff with good food.

Rude check-in. Will mot check-in before 3pm, even if it is 2pm. Rude service at bar and restaurant. Hotel is in need of serious update. Hotel is far from town.

Great hotel

I have previously reviewed this property. The fact that I booked a second stay speaks for itself.

An adequate stay in an ageing building. No early check in- you must sit and wait for 3.00 exactly before commencing paperwork, or in our case a missing booking, despite confirmation emails. No credit card payments for our stay which was awkward and very inconvenient. The restaurant was good. Staff were pleasant although not exactly helpful.

This hotel is very good value for money. The breakfast was excellent, with omelettes made to order. The common areas were clean and comfortable, as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great property to stay a night to/from San Pedro. The room is clean and staff is friendly.

A nice hotel close to the airport, with full restaurant and bar option.

Nothing luxurious but definitely did the job. Was very close to the airport which was very convenient and great security. Was a shame that no staff spoke English as they advertised. They also gave us vouchers for welcome drinks which was nice but we didn’t use them. They didn’t let us use a voucher for a Fanta we had from the minibar. The 2nd stay the room was quite cramped. Otherwise the first room was spacious and the breakfast was good both times. A decent stay overall.
