Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. La chambre et salle de bain sont propres. Literie très confortable. Possibilité de réserver une place de stationnement en appelant l’hôtel directement ($25/jour). Petit déjeuner bon et satisfaisant. En basse saison le prix de la nuitée est compétitive. En haute saison, c’est hors de prix selon de moi.

The rooms we had were spacious and had a beautiful view. Everything was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast is great for the price, kids under 12 don't pay, which is great! Great location. We will definitely come back and recommend! Thanks!

Wonderful place to stay in Old Quebec. Great location, staff, services. We had the loft, a top floor fully equipped apartment, and it was perfect, if you can climb up stairs because there's no elevator for that side of the hotel (most rooms have elevator service though).

It was a great place to stay for walking around and seeing Qubec. It was centrally located to the Winter Carnival that we attended. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Wonderful place to stay while in Quebec City. We did get a little addicted to the coffee machine though. :)

The hotel itself was very nice and cleanly. The staff on the other hand were not as pleasant. On our second day at the hotel my partner got questioned by a staff member if he belonged in the building while passing by the lobby to get back to our room. It was awkward and made him feel like he didn’t belong there. Our room also never got cleaned, we were instructed to scan a QR code and hang a sign on our door to request our room to get clean, we scanned it as soon as we checked into our room. We never saw any cleaners and our room never got any fresh towels, linens or our garbages changed.

We had a room with a king-size bed, just fyi. First, let me tell you this is not a super-modern, recently renovated, high-end full-of-amenities hotel. But, from the price, you should know that. But, for the price, it is really excellent. It is superbly located, it's quiet, the bed was super comfortable, it's clean, the staff are excellent. We paid extra to have the morning breakfast, it is reasonable and the variety is ok. If I came back to Quebec City and wanted to stay in the old town, I would either pay 3 times the price and stay at the Frontenac, or else stay here, I don't think I would look at another hotel.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour à cet hôtel. S'il n'y a peu de stationnements disponibles à l'hôtel même, il y en a un tout près. Le fait d'être situé si près du Vieux-Québec à un prix abordable est assurément un plus. Cela nous a permis d'éviter de devoir prendre notre voiture à plusieurs reprises. Le déjeuner est un peu cher pour la qualité cependant. À moins d'être pressé, vous devriez aller profiter de quelques restaurants à proximité. La chambre était bien et propre. Il manquait un peu de pression dans la douche à mon goût et le chauffage était difficile à bien régler. Néanmoins, c'est un hôtel qui offre de beaux avantages, bien situé et très calme. J'y retournerai assurément. Je vous le recommande.

Property is easy walking to explore Old City Quebec! We enjoyed the German Christmas Market! Staff we friendly and helpful!

The staff were pleasant, helpful and polite while the rim was quiet, efficient and located right in the heart of the city.
