The room was lovely & clean & very spacious. The staff were so welcoming, polite & cheerful

My initial room had a damp carpet. I was then given a room one floor above and the shower had a blocked drain so water was draining very slowly and would have flooded the bathroom gad i not stopped halfway through my shower to give it some time to drain! The shower head needed to be propped up against the wall to stay in the holder and shower controls barely turned to change water temperature. The hallways smelt of damp/drains.. Not would i would have expected!

Family rooms....No heating in the bathrooms, the air heater makes you dehydrated. It was freezing in the morning....only good thing was food in the restaurant.

Friendly staff clean room would book again

Disappointing when we returned to hotel at midnight, we asked if bar was open. We were told no. A formal event finished around same time and were served drinks. Double standards.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff.

Superior double room was very compact. Barely room to move around for two people. Could have been cleaner too.

I stay here because of the secure parking and it’s in a quiet area, however the hotel is starting to get tired and some of the rooms really need to be updated

Room felt neglected. The tv wasn’t working called someone out they came and ‘fixed it’ nothing changed then we got ignored 4 times on the phone and when they finally answered they said they would come and no one showed up for 1:10,mins by that time we were asleep so I didn’t answer the door

Amazing place to stay

I was woken at 03:30. First by people talking outside my room, then more people, then knocking then banging. This went on for around an hour and a half. Nobody answered when I called down to reception. Being a lone female, I didn’t want to come out of my room to check. When leaving, the receptionist told me that someone had locked themselves in the bathroom. So they not have a master key or was breaking the door down absolutely necessary. A courtesy knock or call would have been nice.

The room and staff were all good but we were only staying local as going to watch my team play ( Chelsea ).

Everything is excellent

The clean and tidy and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast quality could have been improved. The breakfast availability was limited and we had to ask the staff for various items. The food was cold in parts, a microwave to allow quests to warm up their food would have helped.

Parking and charging was fine. Breakfast was stone cold. Restaurant meal took exceptionally long to come out. 6 people that sat after us were served first. Fries came out last after the mains had been served

The room was clean and spacious, beautiful environment.

I was Unable to access the room as the incorrect room key was provided, limited tea and coffee facilities, and no milk was provided. I had to request and go to reception ( a 5-minute walk). Only some of the lights in the room worked. Noisy in the room as families were accommodated below. Very noisy in the restaurant, and the food was lukewarm, having been left at the counter for 20 minutes.
