The hotel and the staff are great. Always responsive, they remember their guests by their names.

A wonderful hotel with views of Vesuvius if you get a sea view room… highly recommended. Great pool, stunning bar and in a great location to explore either the Amalfi coast or Sorrento/Napoli

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. We loved the variety of restaurant options and the view at breakfast looking over the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius was stunning! We found it easy to get into Sorrento via train (a 10 minute walk, followed by a 10 minute journey) and we would not hesitate to come again. A true 5 star experience!

LLocation, view, hotel rooms, food, service.. everything was great! The only thing they could improve on is providing complimentary water for the entire stay.

I don’t know how they got such a high rating. Rooms had odor. Nothing special. The photos are from 25 years ago. I don’t recommend

Hotel is gorgeous!!! Views are amazing. Staff very friendly and prompt. Chicken club at the restaurant pool bar best ever. Breakfast on the patio when you add the views words cannot describe. Lucciano was the best bartender on the Amalfi Coast .

Receptionist breath stunk the day we checked in and stunk the next morning when we chet out. There was no shower, the trip to the beach was the most dangerous road in the world, the townspeople was crazy, food at hotel was not good, waiter moved my napkin with a KNIFE, we decided to checkout within hours of check in. They refused to give us a refund even for the full days we were not there. I understand a prepaid room but when you get there and find out it's not what you believed it to be paying for. The night you stayed is fair. When you leave. You should not have to pay for the rest of the stay.

An absolute delight. The hotel is lovely beyond words. The staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful. World class dining. Spectacular views. A real treat.

I was very impressed with the staff and the customer service at the hotel. I am extremely grateful to have found this place, as it allowed me to feel rested after leaving the crowded tourist areas. The hotel staff was professional and exceptionally kind, making us feel like family with their caring attitude and commitment to ensuring we had the best stay possible. I experienced this warmth during my interactions with everyone, including the front desk staff, restaurant servers, housekeeping, and even the shuttle driver. Annalisa and Emanuela truly stood out as the best! The food at the restaurant was well-prepared and delicious, and the servers provided excellent service with great attention to detail. Thank you, ladies, for making my birthday celebration so special. We look forward to visiting again!

The staff was amazing and very responsive. The location is incredibly convenient to the rail system. I cannot say how much we appreciated the front desk and restaurant staff. They were so kind. We were delayed from one of our outings due to the trail derailment on 4/17/25 and they were so kind to us when we finally got back.

If I could rate higher than five stars, I would! The professional and supportive conduct of the staff and the incredible view from the hotel made the stay in italy unbelievable! And the food was unbelievable!

The property was even better in person. The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They help cordinate tours, cabs, shuttles. Anything we needed they made it happen.

Smart hotel and excellent staff. Clean. Location short walk from train station to access Pompeii and Sorrento and shuttle bus from hotel in morning and evening into local town Vico Equense which is ok but not as vibrant or charming as position or Sorrento. Quite expensive and dining options predominantly around fish dishes and a la carte pricey.

A smart well run hotel I agree but we had two big bugbears. For a 5 star hotel room our room was small. I knew this in advance and I've been in smaller rooms. I have never been in a worse designed bathroom though. Sitting on the toilet there was no legroom so we had to sit at 45 degrees. We got used to this. The bigger problem was the pool. The idea of the break was to soak up the sun but the pool had a total of 18 beds and the ones in the sun were quickly taken. It was also at the side of the hotel so in the morning one side of the pool had the sun in the afternoon it was the other side. We were only able to take advantage of the pool once.
