The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Located next to the train station. Room was comfortable. We were staying for a birthday and they dressed the room up with rose petals and small gifts . Great hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Out room faced the street and was quiet with the window closed but we needed to keep it open at times cause the room got quite hot. Lots of street noise till about two in the morning and then garbage trucks etc. an internal room would have been better.

What a nice hotel stay this was. The hotel is exactly as it appears in pictures. Staff was welcoming at check in and stored our bags for us as we arrived a couple of hours early. Once we got to our room we were greeted with Lovely clean accommodations. The Hotel is located a 3 minute walk from the main train station in Reims which gives you easy access to Epernay (It's all about the bubbly while your here), but you heard absolutely no noise from the train station. The Hotel also sits at the head of a main shopping and restaurant strip which made lots of dining options available. We did have breakfast on our last day and it was fantastic! Wish we had taken up the option on the other mornings it was available to us. It was an extra charge for breakfast, but well worth the money for the variety and options available. I definitely would stay here again. Top notch hotel and staff.

This hotel is situated in an area of the city which is very convenient for all activities. The members of staff with whom I dealt were extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was nicely arranged and offered a good selection of fruit and other morning temptations.

We arrived early and succeed in getting 3 hour early access to our room. Service staff were very helpful with smart phone activation and access to Uber. As it was raining, we dined at the hotel restaurant. It was excellent and reasonably priced, as was morning continental breakfast. Only inconvenience was requirement to walk outdoors from reception to our room.

Great location in middle of city; bar area is very nice and staff are very helpful/friendly.

This was a wonderful hotel. It was close to the train station but very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had nice amenities. I loved the provided water bottles and the refill area in the lobby. We ate at the restaurant one evening, and it was quite good.
