Clean, accessible and convenient. What more can you ask for? The hotel is across the street from both the bus and train station. A comfortable 15 minute walk to main attractions downtown as well as the funicular to the upper city. Plenty of restaurants close by. Oh..and the AC was perfect.

The room was clean and we didn't use any ammenities since we were in between the train and the airport. Got there at 9 PM and left at 6:00 AM the next morning.

Centrally accessible (airport bus stop and station across the street), which had its downfalls especially in the evening (various groupings hanging out around the area). Good breakfast for Italy - not just the sweet staff!! the design is rather sad, but this we knew based on the photos. Hotel rooms would be much more enjoyable if they simply painted it white.

Lots of shops and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk, and very close to the train and bus stations. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and well appointed (plenty of hangers and towels).

Good for business trip

Excellent location for airport bus link and onward train journeys from the station across the road. Beautiful city centre with plenty to see and do, eating spots and bars, we were pleasantly surprised how beautiful Bergamo is, an absolute hidden gem of a place. The only concern, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was the scores of men hanging around the stations and surrounding areas. This is not unique to Bergamo but the ideal location is somewhat undermined by the safety concerns, particularly of an evening. That all said I would not think twice about returning to Bergamo.

It smell bad land the staff was not friendly

The parking garage is not in the hotel itself and is around the corner down a steep dark ramp . No way to drop luggage in front of hotel so must schlep it up ramp.

Good and safe stay close to main train station

A brilliant stay, good location, clean, friendly staff and good size rooms. We would go again.

Overall a decent stay, parking is a bit of a rip off and nowhere to park so you can unload.
