This is a very basic ok hotel simple and clean just a place to sleep. No extras No fridge no coffee or tea. Kinda noisy hallways at night like doors closing or talking or elevator noise and some construction noise at some point. Staff are ok but can be a bit friendly and welcoming. The area around is nice , walking distance to different nice neighborhoods.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room for drinks. Overall content with our stay.

The place is really clean and has everything that you need, no refrigerator and a/c it’s ok. Check-in and check out not a problem very easy. Location is great a lot restaurants around there. Oxxo, pharmacies, nightclubs.

Everything good. What need some improvement was the wifi. Really low bandwidth. Less the 5 mbps. Didnt work to watch tv or even do some work related.

This hotel stay was the best in our trips to CDMX. We were able to get to so many places within walking distance.

The room was somewhat smaller to what they advertised and the building was old

The cleaning was very poor they sweep it every thing until the shower some day they didn’t clean the sinks or mirrors

The a/c was dripping little bit of water .

The location for the property is great. It is close to many coffee shops, restaurants, monuments, shopping. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The property is dated and has a damped smell. The furniture is basic. The front desk staff is professional but not friendly and/or welcoming. They only provided two bath towels and one floor towel. The towels were very old. They do clean the room every day and provided two small bottles of water a day. This is very convenient.
