friendly staff, spacious room, the only downside was the toilet, the water accumulate and will to the side while showering.

The room is very spacious, perfect for those with families and shopping enthusiasts because it's directly below the hotel to the seven floors. ❤️

Highly recommended!! Clean and spacious room, the twin bed size [is] big like [a] queen size bed. Great staff. Great location [with] walking distance to several malls (Central World, Platinum, Big C, etc), Pratunam Market, December, Tofu, and my fave 7-Eleven right next to [the] hotel via [the] hotel side entrance. [The] hotel provide[s] free shuttle to [the] nearest mall every 2 hour[s], start[ing] from 10 AM till 6 PM with advance booking. Room facilit[ies are] complete with [a] microwave, big refrigerator, etc. In the lobby [they] provide complimentary cold drinks (some tea, etc) and hot [drinks] (coffee, latte, chocolate, etc) start[ing] from 10 AM till 6 PM

Very nice, very spacious bedroom.

The location is great, close to shopping destinations and street food. The size of the bed is great for family. The room on the top level, 29th floor, is great with a balcony.

The room is very clean but the staff is not very friendly.

The hotel is quite comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom are quite clean.

As soon as we arrived at the lobby, they saw the three of us and immediately charged us an additional 2.5 million for just 4 nights! Even though the bed could fit 4 people! It doesn't make sense that they asked for a 5,000 baht deposit! This hotel is crazy.

I stayed at Centre Point Plus Pratunam for 5 days 4 nights for 4 pax. Very impressive since the first time I got out of the taxi. The security staff at the door always helped us open the door and help us unload our luggage, it really helped us women with so many and big luggage. Ambiance/Facilities: This hotel has complete facilities that we need such as a microwave, a large refrigerator for a hotel size, cutlery and others. A little input for the sound of the air conditioner is a bit noisy but not too disturbing, maybe it can be paid more attention. Food: I can't give a review about the food because I didn't take the breakfast package at the hotel :( Staff Assistance: The hotel staff is very friendly and impressive. ALL STAFF without exception. Since the first time I arrived, the front office helped me to exchange my large bills. Requests for cutlery, towels, etc. came quickly. Highlights: My flight schedule was at midnight but I was able to relax comfortably at the hotel from check out time until the afternoon even though it was only in the hotel lobby. Price: The price offered was reasonable even though I went during the holiday season. And with the facilities provided, it was very worth it. Location: This hotel has a very strategic location, I can reach many of my destinations just by walking. This hotel also has 2 sides of the door which is very effective. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Thailand.

Even though we checked in very late at night (around 22.00), we were still served friendly & very well. Almost all employees are helpful & friendly. The room is very large (2 queen beds & 1 extra bed) The room is always cleaned every day & done in detail. The hotel's position is surrounded by shopping centers & tourist destinations. Access is very easy to reach.

The hotel room is very comfortable, the size is also large. During my stay I tried ordering food, on the first day the food was delicious, but on the second day all the food ordered lacked taste, there was hair in the food. Cleanliness needs to be maintained during the cooking process. So far everything is safe, except for the food.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my recent stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. Room: My room was a haven of comfort and relaxation. The bed was plush, the pillows were perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I loved the modern decoration and the spacious bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. Service: The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff available 24/7. They helped me with everything from luggage assistance to restaurant recommendations.
