Beautiful Property Let Down by 3-Star Service, This was our second stay at Radisson Blu Djerba, but it will be our last. Having traveled extensively in Tunisia for 25 years, with a Tunisian husband, we know this lack of service is not a country culture issue, but a major management problem. We have received far better service in 3-star hotels. The Good: The property is beautiful and clean. Breakfast food is excellent with a vast choice, shout-out to the egg chef, the orange juice man, and Hamza the bartender, who was the only one who actually engaged with us. The Bad: Bar service was incredibly poor. We waited over 10 minutes in an empty bar and had to find staff twice. Dirty ashtrays were ignored, and a pile of swept-up trash was left on the floor for everyone to step over until Hamza cleaned it. We complained to the F&B manager; service improved for one day, then reverted. At breakfast, we constantly had to hunt down cutlery and condiments because tables were left uncleared and unprepared. The Ugly: Housekeeping failed daily. We had one cup for two people, missed water twice, no fresh face cloths, and my reading glasses disappeared. Guest Services were useless. We got no room directions, no breakfast info, and no welcome drink. The agent walked away mid-check-in. We waited 30 minutes in our room for luggage because Guest Services failed to communicate with the concierge. Lovely hotel, but a 5-star rating requires 5-star service. Management needs to urgently retrain staff.

Nothing to complain about here, great welcoming and excellent customer service from staff (need a bit of work on security attitude at the front gate) very neat establishment specially the bar for drinkers, definitely coming back every time going to the island.

The property is in the hotel area so not a lot of facilities nearby. As you would expect the hotel has all the facilities tourists require

I visit Djerba regularly and was told that Radisson Blu was one of the best hotels, so I decided to stay there to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. Despite it being my birthday, there was no acknowledgment at all — no greeting, no small gesture, nothing. I arrived late after missing my flight and travelling for over 12 hours, yet there was no warmth, care, or consideration shown on check-in. No welcome drink, no courtesy, and no sense that guests were valued. Throughout my stay, I felt the staff were disengaged. They rarely spoke to guests and mostly interacted only among themselves. This made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming and impersonal. Based on my experience, the service was far below expectations. I have received far better service in Uylesse Thalasso hotels and even 4 star hotels such as Vincci dar mideon, where staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely care about guests. Sadly, this stay did not feel like a birthday celebration at all, and I would not choose this hotel again based on the level of service provided.

This hotel is wonderful, a palace, great staff, superb everything and price is reasonable. Breakfast fantastic!!

The hotel not very well maintained

L’hôtel est agréable et calme. Certains membres du personnels ne. Les services proposés sont intéressants mais un peu cher (par exemple le café).

Rude staff in all areas, terrible service, problems every single day. Disgusting rooms, disregarded when making a complaint. Rooms are never cleaned. All Inclusive is not all inclusive. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a waste of money. Spoilt my whole holiday.!

The hotel has a fantastic location with direct access to a beautiful beach, and the swimming pool area is great for relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and respectful, which made the stay pleasant. However, the hotel could benefit from some renovations to freshen up the facilities. Unfortunately, some guests were not very respectful, which affected the atmosphere at times. Overall, a good experience thanks to the team and the location, but with room for improvement.

This stop was one of many for my honey moon trip. The overall experience was amazing. Not because it's as luxurious as the Four Seasons (it's not) but because the staff was able to quickly adapt to challenges and come up with a quick solution. Keep in mind that if you act like a self entitled ********** dont expect the staff to try their best with a smile. You need to treat them like human beings such as you. Don't think that because your European or Asian or any ethnicity that you are more cultivated and know better. Overall the facilities were nice. The beach was nice and the huge outdoor pool as well. Regarding the food, the breakfast buffet was amazing, great selection of sweet and salty but if you show up 20 minutes before the end don't expect to find all the great selection althought there is still a lot of amazing stuff towards the end too. The downside is the food for lunch and dinner for the restaurants. They have Asian, Italian and local food but it's quite average. I didnt even bother trying Italian or Asian food. On a positive note the Turquoise restaurant near the pool has some good things until 5pm (the pizza is so-so). The cocktails could have a little more alcohol in them, I found them a little weak in that regard (the pink lady is pretty good and refreshing). Overall it was a great relaxing experience. The staff is fantastic. Shoutout to the front desk lady bosses Malika and Fathima who know how to take care of everything.
