The hotel is in a beautiful location, with a direct view of Truong Tien Bridge and the Huong River. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, adequate amenities. The hotel is designed in an ancient style that suits me very well. Before booking, I saw many people review that the hotel's furniture was a bit old, but after watching the review video and experiencing the actual experience, I found the furniture to be quite good. Will definitely come back next time I come to Hue.

Room, old bed, no luggage service, unclear instructions

The only pros about this hotel is its location. Very near from Imeprial City, defenately a walking distance. The staff its friendly and Food was OK. The cons is a bit too much. First of all, hotel is very very old. Its an old colonial hotel which I think it need massive repair. And the staff are so hard to speak English with them. Restaurant, either. Very hard to communicate with them.

Staffs were friendly, but not enough attentive. Room was just fine. Breakfast and hotel amenities were terrible, not worth their 4*hotel standard and prices. Never comeback and do not recommend anyone.

Actually, Saigon Morin Hotel is the dream of 8x youth. At that time, we were still students, wishing to experience it once. At that time, this hotel was quite VIP. But over time, it has seriously degraded and become outdated. The old LCD TV is huge, you have to tap it a few times to watch. The equipment is old, the bathroom is very dirty, especially the bathtub and toilet. Drinking water is poured into 2 glass bottles, not sealed. In general, this hotel is a bad experience. The staff is very friendly, very Hue. Oh, the swimming pool is tiny, the electric kettle is very dirty.

Great for a trip with your beloved family, a little problem with the air conditioner but it's okay, the hotel fixed it the next day! Next time will come back.

Cheap, spacious, ancient, located near the center, four frontages, beautiful architecture, swimming pool. Inside there is an open courtyard with a fountain as a dining space. The room has a classic design that is quite luxurious and cool, comfortable, and clean. Living equipment is temporary. Good service, enthusiastic staff. Edible food. Will be back.

The pictures on the website are beautiful but in reality I was a bit surprised by the bright 4-star recognition board. I don't understand how you guys got that 4-star gold board when the facilities are so old and degraded. When I checked in, a receptionist without a name tag, with a lot of experience, demanded an extra charge for children over 4 years old while the policy I booked was not like that. I told her to just check in and those extra charges were not important, I would work later, and at checkout I didn't hear anyone say anything about the extra charge. - No welcome drink. The hallway carpet is too old, probably laid out since 1901. Checking in at room 230, opening the door, there was a musty smell. It's like a house without this smell, so you can travel here and experience it. 32-inch TV, 32-channel coaxial cable, blurry image, spontaneous sound, connected to the back of the TV outside the TV structure with 2 plastic ties. The air conditioner is big, cool, too old, I'm worried about whether the air quality from the air conditioner into the lungs is good or not. The building has 3 floors, low and a few mosquitoes are unavoidable. Nice location, good garden, good buffet, spacious room, natural wood, enthusiastic kitchen staff, housekeeping staff greet guests. The technician who upgraded the TV speakers is great. Still working well after more than 100 years.

Beautiful and ancient hotel, very convenient location in the center. Large, beautiful room. Fabrics and floors are especially clean. Delicious breakfast!

Can't issue invoice, so if I rent next time, I have to rent directly from the hotel without using Traveloka's service. Renting through Traveloka should only be for tourists, not for business travelers. Thanks

There is no wifi in the guest area, only wifi in the lobby and yard. Maybe the hotel is saving electricity so the lights in the refrigerator are not fully on, it feels very dark, in front of the garden so it feels quite scary. The staff is friendly and responsible. In the evening of the 29th, I asked for more towels but they were not served. The hotel is quite old, suitable for the price.

Nhân viên không thân thiện, ăn sáng nghèo nàn

Trước khi đi, mình đọc rất nhiều đánh giá về khách sạn cả trên Traveloka, GG,... có những đánh giá tốt và cũng có những đánh giá không tốt. Nhưng sau khi đi thì mình có thể khẳng định mình sẽ trở lại khách sạn nếu lại tới Huế 1 lần nữa. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Mình vào Huế thời tiết hơi nóng nên mệt mỏi, nằm ở khách sạn khá nhiều, nhân viên khách sạn còn nhiệt tình giới thiệu các địa điểm đi chơi, hỏi thăm sức khỏe rất thân thiện. Mình chỉ ăn bữa sáng ở khách sạn nhưng bữa sáng cũng giống các khách sạn khác, khá bình thường. Vị trí của khách sạn thì ra cửa khách sạn là cầu Trường Tiền luôn nên vị trí này đáng 5 sao. khách sạn là kiểu khách sạn cũ, gọi như ngoài Bắc thì là 4 tầng, có khuôn viên ở giữa rất rộng. khách sạn phù hợp với những người đi du lịch dạng nghỉ dưỡng hoặc đi cùng gia đình vì nó mang hơi hướng cổ xưa.

Vị trí thuận lợi và đẹp . Khách sạn là một trong những biểu tượng của Huế, phòng đẹp và sạch. Lễ Tân lịch sự và nhiệt tình. Tuy nhiên , phòng cần trang bị thêm vòi xịt wc.

Phòng mùi ẩm mốc, muỗi. Ở nhiều lần nhưng chưa khi nao thấy bảo vệ giúp vận chuyển hành lý.

Phòng ẩm thấp và tối 😂 nói chung là “So not Good”💦
