Safe and convenient

Cheap or but a bit of a problem to schedule more time on the internet more expensive in person than the internet

I was not given the room i paid for. I was given a room number that didnt exist then given a room i didnt paY for and yhe web add said view to the city in some rooms but the Hotel is located in an alley so no rooms has a view to the city.

Do not expect much just a basic room

Everything was okay but the wifi very poor signal The hotel is good location very close to the beach

No complaints 👌

They don’t cares about the customers the shower doors are not good conditions waiting for the check in to much time I will never coming back to this hotel

It's very near to the places, to the beach, the only thing i would like to add is if you can do the check in earlier.

I couldn’t reach wifi in the room, Ceiling fan only works at maximum Speed , useless

The facility is okay because they are close to the stores but they need more improve to the remodeling but I am sure I will come back

Had a nice stay here. Good value. Just off main strip. Everything was fine. Room clean, bathroom clean. Nice decent say. Wifi worked well in room.

There is no elevator, only one key at the door, no coffee maker but its clean and the staff are great

A very small hotel, very near the beach, but from my personal opinion, the room was too small and the bathroom needed some redecoration an maintenance, i wasn´t pretty confortable when taking a shower. The pool is too small, so i only recommend it for little kids.

Perfect weekend. All we were looking for was a place to crash (on a budget) for a couple of nights, preferably close to the beach. We were a 5 minute walk from the beach and round the corner from plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and shops, very central. We arrived earlier than check in but this wasn't a problem - the staff were lovely and we were given the keys within minutes. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. There was also a wee pool with sun loungers around it, which was lovely for a dip to cool down in. The staff were very helpful when we asked them for tips on where to go, what to see, where to eat etc and they were very keen on practicing their English. Would definitely return!

i became ill the entire staff took care of me accompanied me to a hospital stayed with me the entire time till the doctor finished then back to the hotel to take care of me no problem for extra towells or anything else first class xxx eh

if la lupita wasnt there i would not go o acapulco nothing is too much trouble for the staff but i shouldnt go on iwant to keep paradise for my self

Not a great stay. There were screaming kids jam packed into the tiny, murky, horrid little pool from the crack of dawn until midnight. We couldnt use it even once in 2 days. There is a dirty junkyard next door that not only has a loud dog barking constantly, but roosters that wake up the whole neighbourhood at ridiculous o'clock. Also, the bed is really uncomfortable and the bathroom has this floor drain that smell like something has died down it, yuk! Upside, the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Def overpriced for what it is... We realised we only needed to pay an extra few dollars per night to stay at the amazing crown plaza on the beach!! So we did that-

For someone not planning on spending much time at your hotel, this is a pretty decent hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. I only complaint was that the chickens next door would wake me up at 3:30 AM when they started to crow. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay there for a week.
